The night tour and boat tour by Johnny was amazing. Room service twice a day was great! We loved the meals and the convenient location. Would love to come back!! Thank you Cooper

Un hôtel situé dans un bidon ville.voisins bruyants musique à fond toute la journée.chien qui aboient du matin au soir.toiture toles qui lors de pluie resonnent.personnel super.le all inclusive n inclus ni entrées ni dessert ni vin .propre beau mais en face d une decharge d un marginal.hotel a fuir vu le pris exorbitant.

Super friendly staff, very clean all day long in the room and outside patio. Nice partner hotel a few meters away for coffee or breakfast. Very nice private boat excursions. Tasty food. Thumbs up!

Very nice place with great location within Tortuguero. Staff was very kind and helpful; arranged all the activities (seemingly with much higher quality than other operators), prepared tasty traditional breakfast every day, and made sure all our issues are solved asap. We have met a few geckos in our room during the two days, but fair to say that this is almost given in a rain forest (and when we mentioned it, they immediately came to remove them). Would recommend it!

Absolutely fabulous hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Cooper the Manager made sure everything was taken care of while we were staying there. The food was delicious and always ready for us when we returned from hikes. The hotel is clean and modern and welcoming. They booked a night hike and boat trip for us which we’d highly recommend. A special shout out to Jonny our guide who was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and made both tours fun and interesting. Many thanks to all the staff. Sally & Ben x

Our stay in this lovely decorated hotel and the private Jaguar Trail experience at 6 am (!) with Johnny was amazing. Thanks also to Cooper who helped us organising an earlier boat connection to Pavona! Very cool guys 😎 Apart from that we could always decide which breakfast we‘d like at what time.

El hotel es nuevo,
abrió en octubre de 2022. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la entrada del parque y del pueblo de Tortuguero. Muy cerca también del embarcadero principal. Todo el personal es encantador; te hacen sentir como en casa. Además te van a buscar al embarcadero y te llevan el
equipaje. Y lo mismo para la salida. Hicimos la excursión del bote que nos ofrecieron y también muy bien. En definitiva, aunque no tenga vistas, todo genial. Muy recomendable.
