The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. The location is quite safe, with staff securing the premises after a certain time. It is within walking distance of everything. My wife and I stayed for the weekend, which was more than enough time to complete all the tours and hikes, leaving us tired but accomplished. The restaurant next door serves very good seafood; we dined there almost every day. We highly recommend their piña coladas. The location is very safe, although the nightlife can get quite loud. We don't recommend staying out after 10:30 PM.

No estuve en el hotel pero contraté con ellos 2 excursiones y fueron de maravilla. Mi mujer y yo realizamos una excursión en kayak por los canales de Tortuguero con PURA NATURA, junto a otra pareja de amigos, y fue una experiencia fantástica. Nuestro guía, Andy, nos llevó a través de canales espectaculares donde pudimos ver una variedad de fauna, como monos, aves, iguanas e incluso un caimán bebé. Las explicaciones de Andy hicieron que el recorrido fuera aún más interesante, compartiendo detalles sobre la flora y fauna que realmente enriquecieron la experiencia. Acabamos muy satisfechos y, sin duda, recomendamos esta actividad para cualquier amante de la naturaleza. También realizamos la excursión de anidamiento de tortugas con PURA NATURA y fue una experiencia mágica. Aunque la empresa con la que habíamos reservado originalmente (Jacob’s Tours, a través de Get Your Guide) nos falló a última hora, Andy, nuestro guía de PURA NATURA, nos gestionó rápidamente las entradas y stickers necesarios para no perdernos esta actividad única. Tuvimos la suerte de presenciar el proceso completo de desove: vimos a una tortuga gigante salir del mar, cavar su nido, poner sus huevos, taparlos y regresar al océano. Todo esto lo hicimos de noche, sobre las 9:00, vestidos de oscuro, sin apenas iluminación y en silencio, minimizando cualquier molestia a la tortuga. Muy recomendable.

Emplacement parfait au milieu du village et rapport qualité prix imbattable. Il faut vérifier les réservations d’excursions à l’arrivée car le personnel est un peu désorganisée. En revanche les guides sont au top, merci à Gairo pour la superbe sortie nocturne et au jeune marbella pour la sortie canoë, ils connaissent très bien leur sujet et sont d’une gentillesse rare

Top Lage direkt am Meer, relativ neu, Zimmer ok, das 4er Zimmer besonders schön, noch etwas unprofessionelles Management, aber nett, sehr schöne Kanutouren mit Boa.
