Refuse de faire un reçu des espèces encaissées pour deux nuits. Au vu de la vétusté des installations j'ai décidé d'écourter mon séjour. Jose à refuse de me rembourser la nuitée et s'est montré grossier et agressif. Une honte dans ce paisible pays

Super placement, proche de la mer, proche du parc national. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner inclus très copieux. L'hôtel est assez sommaire mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon pour tortuguero. Aide précieuse dans le choix du guide pour le parc qui était top !

A bed for the night.
Not a fancy accommodation however it has beds and a toilet.
Don’t expect anything else! No spa, no restaurant, no nothing!

Bon dans l'ensemble, amélioration possible
Prix, situation géographique excellent, salle de bain besoin de rafraîchissement. Ce n'est pas un bed and breakfast puisqu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, juste possibilité de faire café et thé a la réception

Bien situé,au calme,proche du centre et de l'océan.
Chambre propre et colorée.
Personnel très sympathique ( une personne parle français) , cocktail de bienvenue et petit cadeau.

The Cabinas is close to the beach with shower at entrance so you can wash feet or body before getting to your room. The staff are kind, even if difficult to communicate at times as some don't speak English, but they do their best. The hammocks are a pleasure in the afternoon. There is a common area with tables that you can have your meals which is very useful. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, it was fee hot days when we were there and ceiling fan and separate fans were helpful. The shower water was running well and warm, if needed. Overall, happy to stay there as it feels closer to what local accomodations look like instead of a typical hotel room, so it made it a special memory
