Was a beautiful and clean room for my family if 4. It was updated nicely, walkable to all town restaurants and shops, and the air conditioning was heaven with the humidity. Definitely recommend!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Casablanca. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft wurden wir über alles wichtige per WhatsApp informiert- vom persönlichen Parkservice bis hin zum persönlichen Bringen zur Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns am Strand ein Faultier gezeigt- z.B. Hilfe bei der etwas komplizierten Buchung via Internet zum Nationalpark und meinem Sohn wurde sogar der persönliche Laptop des Gastgebers zur Verfügung gestellt- damit er das Deutschland Spiel schauen konnte.
Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Stadt. Es gibt auch noch eine große Wohnung im Hotel, von der aus man Leguane und Affen beobachten kann.
Wir können das Hotel Casablanca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese schöne Zeit

We arrived to Tortuguero on July 2, 2024. Our room was so nice! We were on the front street side. The room was huge, with a giant bathroom with a shower and an extra large 2 person soaking tub. Great mattresses….1 queen, and solid bunk beds with a trundle, so it slept 5.
Small pool, but perfect for us. Henry is a great guy!

The room was super cute and very comfortable! Lots of beds for larger families. My kids enjoyed the little pool. Henry and Zajaria (did I get that right? ) were super helpful! They helped with the TV, gave us extra blankets, and helped me with my Spanish. We had a great stay!
