Drove up from the Costa Blanca, good parking but don't park under the trees as the birds seem to use your car for target practice. Beautiful old Castle type building, with some amazing state rooms, quiet, warm and very helpful reception staff. It is sited next to a church that chimes every 15 mins, comfortable bed, very large room, good breakfast. But the restaurant attached was closed, which was very disappointing after a long drive, and there was no one working in the bar , so the receptionist got us a glass of wine and cava. However the town square is just a short walk away with lots of bars and restaurants. Very good value for money. Quirky hotel lots of stairs and interesting décor

Estancia otoñal pueblo precioso cerca del mar
El pueblo precioso. El hotel palacio no tiene desperdicio. La ducha muy buena. La cama muy cómoda.
Inconvenientes. Muebles pasados de moda. Las butacas necesitan rehabilitación, a pesar de lo bonitas que son. Vendría bien mosquiteras en las ventanas, ya que teníamos 5 moscas importunándonos aún no siendo temporada. Segundo piso sin ascensor y con maleta grande y sin personal que te ayude, aunque la recepcionista amablemente se ofreció. Pero no nos pareció trabajo para ella con que entre mi pareja y yo cargamos con los 25 kg de la maleta como pudimos.

Un lugar con mucho encanto, para disfrutar de sus paredes llenas de historia, con todo tipo de detalle para hacer de tu estancia algo muy especial. Personal muy amable y profesional. Recomiendo pack que ofrecen, con cena, bañera y botella de cava.

Beautiful historic building - quiet - warm - helpful reception - good location at top of old town next to church - comfortable bed - large room - good breakfast - excellent restaurant attached - thoroughly enjoyed the brief stay. View from balcony at sunrise over old town from bedroom 6 lovely. Car parking easy. Very good value for money. A traditional hotel with quirks so far removed from a modern hotel - and so much better for it.

Parfait
Très bon accueil. Le lieu est simplement enchanteur, le charme d’une demeure ancienne avec le confort moderne. Pour une fois j’ai très bien dormi moi qui normalement ne dors bien que chez moi. Le restaurant délicieux. Tout le personnel est attentif et très professionnel : un séjour très réussi !

Halte très agréable à Torroella
Séjour d’une nuit accueil très sympathique. L’hôtel est comme un musée, chambre pas très grande mais bien équipée. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
