Lupaia

Absolutely perfect place. Exceptional service, food and rooms with a different 4 course menu every dinner. I've stayed at a lot of nice hotels but Lupaia has to be my all time favourite. The team is truly fantastic.

Lupaia is a DREAM!!!! What a magical place. The people are so kind and helpful, grounds and rooms were amazing and food was incredible!!! They were wonderful with our two kids - having special surprises for them in the room. We had the best trip and would definitely come again!!!

Beautiful isolated place, very nice rooms, food is good but not”woow”. We had an issue with hot water and pressure. It was fixed one day after with no thought of compensation as one should expect.

Lupaia is absolutely magical. There are not many places where every corner of the hotel has a different and equally stunning view. The staff are attentive, polite and will do anything for you, also noting very knowledgable. The WhatsApp concierge is also a nice touch. The food and tasting menu is outstanding with each dish thoughtfully prepared whilst willing to accommodate a dislike or dietary preference. THANK YOU LUPAIA

The task was to find somewhere to stay in the "rolling hills of Tuscany". Somewhere to stay is simplistic because Lupaia is extraordinary. A Luxury Small Hotels of the World member lives up to the expectation and more. Located outside of Montepulciano the buildings of Lupaia are rural in presentation but internally are very well appointed. Dining and wine selections are excellent. Breakfast service run by Emma is precision, well serviced A la Carte but disarming to start your day off in a gentle frame of mind. The pool area is set below the main structures to provide both a serene place to relax but also a surreal vista of the best of southern Tuscany. What I found exceptional were the staff. Staff that enjoy their work immensely and are happy just flows through everything that is provided to a visitor, nothing is done without care, consideration and you as the priority. I feel unsettled to mention individuals because as I said every staff member treats a visitor so well. Having said that, Christine that introduced us to Lupaia on arrival XXX , Lou an intern from the US on short term assignment thank you so much for looking after us at dinner, you are wonderful XXX and Andrea who provided detailed information on our wine selections, could not have tasted and enjoyed without your knowledge of Tuscan wines. So a simple question...do you go to Lupaia? Simple answer...YES

Best hotel. Will be returning every year. Absolutely flawless. Staff/food/pool/location/room/activities/style - all of it waa perfect. It was hard to leave.
