Desde que llegamos la experiencia fue fantástica. Sol es súper cercana, y súper profesional, y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Habitaciones súper amplia, instalaciones idílicas para pasar un día fantástico ¡Como se come, que rico todo! Y que decir de David, un cocinero de 10, que se acerca a saludar después de la cena y explica cada uno de los platos. Gracias por hacernos pasar un fin de semana inolvidable.

Comida en su restaurante que debemos de puntuar con un 10, comida, servicio, salón y relación calidad precio Lo mejor de la zona con mucha diferencia sobre el resto de la oferta de esta zona Para repetir, merece la pena probar y comparar. Fuimos a pasar unas navidades y nos enamoró tanto que decidimos celebrar nuestra boda en el hotel al año siguiente. Desde entonces, volvemos cada año. Es un lugar único donde cuidan hasta el mínimo detalle, aunque lo mejor sin duda es el personal! Son unos auténticos profesionales que te hacen sentir como en casa pero en un lugar privilegiado. Es un hotel precioso, con una cocina exquisita y un equipo inmejorable. Muchas gracias por poner tanto mimo en todo y hacer de cada experiencia un recuerdo inolvidable.

El lugar y el hotel son fantásticos. La habitación una maravilla. Fernanda, de recepción, es una persona genial, alegre, atenta y muy servicial. El restaurante es perfecto. Tanto el maitre como el chef son estupendos. La comida es de diez y el servicio también.

El hotel y su entorno son bonitos pero carecen de mantenimiento. La iluminación en el interior de las habitaciones es pobrísima. Para destacar por bueno, diría casi excelente, es el servicio y la actitud de todo el personal, especialmente de Jesús, Oli y Pilu en el comedor.

La verdad es que he vuelto un poco decepcionado. He estado el pasado fin de semana y creo que es bueno dejar los siguientes comentarios: Aspectos positivos 1. El desayuno muy bueno 2. El personal muy simpáticos y educados. 3. La habitación muy bonita, grande Aspectos negativos: 1. La carta muy escasa y cara para lo que es. Tres platos de carne de los que siempre se había agotado uno y el pescado solo el del día. Podría entender esta carta limitada si además el hotel tuviera una carta para entre horas si no quisieras depender solo de la del restaurante. Centrándome en este punto, hubo una noche que no quería cenar en el restaurante y me apetecía tomar un sandwich y mi sorpresa fue que no me podían hacer un sándwich. Me sorprendió para muy mal y sobretodo que no le pusieran remedio. Es un hotel 5 estrellas Gran Lujo. Creo que fue un fallo importante El SPA el agua estaba templada tirando a fría, tampoco lo entiendo porque para ello me baño en la piscina de exterior. No había servicio de masajes porque la masajista había tenido un problema. Creo que este problema no hay que trasladárselo al cliente deberían de tener un plan B para este tipo de situaciones En resumidas cuentas, muy bonito y agradable pero no lo considero un hotel de 5 estrellas Gran Lujo.

It is simply a perfect experience , after years of travelling it is seldom that I can give a 10 out of 10 to any hotel , but this is it. On your visit to the Castilian region, you should consider experiencing the "dehesa" . The traditional rural houses and farms, but renovated to become a luxury hotel with incredible outdoor activities. Watch wild animals like bucks and wildboars in their own habitat. Horse ride and enjoy the sunset in that incredible scenery. And then be able to have a world class dinner (or lunch) with super chef David Muñoz. After the culinary feast, your luxury room full of classy details will be waiting for you. If you visit Spain´s castillian area, and miss Valdepalacios you are missing the best part of the outdoor wildlife / photo safari experience and even world class conservational focused hunting, if thats your thing.
