Rudest staff and most unwelcoming 5 star I’ve ever stayed in. Every request was treated like an imposition and they always wanted to say no before yes to the most simple of requests. You feel like you’re coming back to angry parents instead of being treated like paying customers. Beds are not comfortable and rooms feel rather basic and not high end. The whole vibe is cold and stark and not in any way cozy or feeling like you’re at home. Would never stay here again. I’ve traveled to 100’s of 5 stars and this is probably among the worst compared to price.

I booked my vacation for my family but only once I checked in on line they canceled my booking because my daughter is under 14. They were willing to let me stay if I had my friends daughter stay with us instead of my daughter because she was 13 turning 14 in September. What’s the difference. This is ridiculous. So I asked for a refund and they refused.

Just finished a three night stay at this spa. Rooms are impeccable, clean and spacious. The view of the lake from the balcony adds to the magic of this relaxing retreat. The staff are happy, friendly and do anything to help make this a wonderful stay. The pools are magnificent as well as the grounds and the spa. All photo worthy and add to the luxurious experience The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 is because of two areas needing improvement. 1- the food is very average overall of I am to compare to other 5 star resorts. Breakfast is the same every day , bar menu is not tasty and dinner was very mediocre. 2- there is no one to service the pool area. It would be nice to have some attendants offering food and drink. It would add to the revenue and also add to the experience. There is also no one to decide the spa locker room or the spa area. Besides these issues we would certainly return! 2-

Settimana scorsa avevamo trascorso qualche ora in questo luogo incantevole, seduti all’aperto per un aperitivo nel loro splendido bar, con una vista spettacolare e unica sul lago! Tutto il personale é stato eccezionale, veramente, e il servizio sempre impeccabile. Una nota di merito va sia ai camerieri, che con grande abilità e sempre sorridenti, portavano i drink, sia al simpatico barman che ha creato il cocktail “Spritz of Senses”, un cocktail così equilibrato e buono che ne ho preso due senza esitazione (e questo nonostante l’amplia scelta della carta cocktails). Anche i due cocktail che ha scelto mia moglie erano veramente buoni. Complimenti! Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche per provare il ristorante!

Das Cape of Senses ist der schönste Platz am Gardasee. Es ist auch das beste Hotel, dass wir in Europa kennen. Und wir waren schon an sehr vielen exklusiven Plätzen. Der Style und das Ambiente sind einfach beeindruckend. So super cool. Ein Park zur Entspannung mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick. Die Menschen hier sind so super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich im Design. Die Küche grandios. Für uns war es ein Ausflug in Heaven.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt – 5 Sterne sind fast zu wenig!
Wir hatten im Cape of Senses eine unvergessliche Zeit! Die Lage ist atemberaubend, mit einem herrlichen Blick über den Gardasee, der jeden Morgen und Abend für Gänsehautmomente sorgt. Das gesamte Hotel ist modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich eingerichtet – hier wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht.
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat uns den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gestaltet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Spa-Bereich: eine echte Wohlfühloase mit Infinity-Pool und exklusiven Wellness-Angeboten.
Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen waren Spitzenklasse – frisch, regional und einfach nur köstlich.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Cape of Senses jedem empfehlen, der Erholung und Luxus in einer traumhaften Umgebung sucht!
