Legend has it that Torrey UT was named after one of Theodore Roosevelts Rough Riders Colonel Torrey. The area is known for Hiking trails numerous lakes great fishing and spectacular views filled with blue sky and red canyon country reaching beyond the Colorado River.

There was no time. The swimming pool was locked half an hour in advance. I negotiated with the front desk. The front desk said that it was time and there was no one in the swimming pool. I couldn't imagine her arrogance. She pointed at the clock and said she would complain to the manager before she agreed to open the door. I wasted 20 minutes. It was too bad. I don't want to stay in Days Inn again

The house prices in this town have tripled in the past ten years. They are similar to those in several popular tourist towns in Utah. Each room costs 1,500 per night for two rooms. It takes a few days to rent a single-family B&B. It's driven by Indians, but very friendly. The room is good among Daisili, relatively big and clean.

Front desk is super friendly and check in is easy. Room very clean. Breakfast decent choice with eggs and fruits. I like the Xmas decorations at the lobby! Also they have coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Very convenient.
