Hotel looks nice in photos. That's how it is. You can only forget the photos of a cozy roof terrace.
The 1st day at the swimming pool on the roof. Terrace and bar were closed. You could get a drink downstairs at the restaurant for breakfast. And all the way up again. No music and no bar. The bar would be open on the 2nd day. But only from 4 o'clock in the afternoon. And it had Christmas music on it. And that on May 6. Staff was friendly. Rooms spacious and neat. Breakfast was good.
Only the cozy roof terrace is not right. The bar is not open at all or only open at the end of the afternoon.

Restaurante de 10 las habitaciones también de 10 , vistas a las salinas espectaculares, todo el hotel en general, piscina, spa, gimnasio y el personal del hotel muy amable sin lugar a dudas repetiremos

We didn't stay in the hotel but booked the spa package. The spa was great clean tidy the staff polite and friendly. The massage after was very professional and the ladies giving the massage were very professional and the massage itself was exceptional five stars

Excelente opción en Torrevieja. La habitación muy cómoda. El personal tanto de recepción como de la cafetería fue muy amable. Además tienen una terraza espectacular para tomarte algo con unas bonitas vistas. También nos resulto cómodo que disponen de parking.

Un hotel bonito,con vistas bonitas,bien de precio.Estuvimos en la celebración de una boda y todo estuvo bastante bien.No he puesto 5 , porque hubo un problema y no nos arreglaron la habitación,salimos del hotel 10.00 y volvimos 14.00 y no la habían echo,están con mucho trabajo,poco personal ,vi ...la mujer se ofreció a hacerlas más tarde ,pero teníamos la boda y necesitábamos la habitación. Las recepcionistas muy agradables,todo limpio..los camareros algo serios .

Accueil magnifique super sympa rien a dire explication très claire tout était très bien sauf le restaurant ! La dame blonde pas sympa le garçon oui !!! du tout je lui ai dit que ma viande de porc n’était pas assez cuite qu’il y avait quelques choses dans le vers la présentation du vin chardonnay n’a pas été faite elle n’a pas présenté la bouteille elle l’a ouverte et a servi directement sans nous faire goûter etc ….. cela nous a un peu gâché notre nuit mais pour l’hôtel vraiment extraordinaire rien à dire !!! C’est dommage qu’il y a certaines personnes qui gâchent la marque de l’hôtel
