Hotel looks nice in photos. That's how it is. You can only forget the photos of a cozy roof terrace.
The 1st day at the swimming pool on the roof. Terrace and bar were closed. You could get a drink downstairs at the restaurant for breakfast. And all the way up again. No music and no bar. The bar would be open on the 2nd day. But only from 4 o'clock in the afternoon. And it had Christmas music on it. And that on May 6. Staff was friendly. Rooms spacious and neat. Breakfast was good.
Only the cozy roof terrace is not right. The bar is not open at all or only open at the end of the afternoon.

Sin sensibilidad ni empatia. Nos regalaron una cena y experiencia SPA con masajes, con una fecha de caducidad. Sufrimos una muerte familiar. Llamó explicando la situación para solicitarles que extendieran 2 semanas el plazo. Se negaron, alegando que era cosa del sistema. Me parece vergonzoso y de una vajeza moral repugnante.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting a friend nearby. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Room was very spacious and clean, never slept in such a large bed, it was huge! Lovely rooftop pool and bar with great views, drinks very reasonably priced. Good choice at breakfast. Mercadona supermarket just up the road. Only downside is there u in any much around the hotel so need a car or use the buses. Would definitely stay again.

We were on holiday when we stopped by for a breakfast in this Hotel. Never have I had a more pleasant meal. Renata was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was very friendly, kind and funny as well. Thanks Renata for the wonderful care given to us. We will be back on our next holiday! I can’t describe the hotel as we haven’t been for as a hotel guest but hotel looks clean, modern and very cozy.

Disastrous experience and unhelpful staff – Avoid! I went to Dna Monse SPA on Monday 16 September to relax, but my experience was anything but relaxing. Two people behaved in an obnoxious and aggressive manner, completely disrupting the atmosphere. The SPA staff did absolutely nothing to intervene or calm the situation. Worse still, when, the day after I called the manager and I expressed my discomfort, the manager told me that there was “no reason to call the police” because I “had not been beaten”. Unacceptable and shocking! I had to leave the premises before the end of my service, because the situation was unbearable. Despite this, I paid for the service and the manager did not even have the courtesy to apologize properly or offer compensation. A truly disappointing experience, especially coming from an establishment that claims to be a place of relaxation and well-being. Absolutely avoid if you are looking for a moment of relaxation.

Nosotros estuvimos disfrutando de un regalo de Spa llamado "esperiencia sensorial". El spa es muy tranquilo . Las luces muy relajantes. En esta experiencia estaba incluido un masaje en pareja y las chicas que nos lo dieron ( Angelie y Marina) fueron fabulosas. ¡Nos encantó y lo disfrutamos mucho! La cena en el resturante "El cucharon" Tambien fue muy buena. Recomiendo totalmente esta experiencia.

Very well located just off the motorway for access, but far enough away not to affected . A very comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff. Free parking. A lovely rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast expensive for what you get but this seems to be the case with a lot of hotels. Overall I would recommend and would go there again
