En la habitación de al lado nos tocó un hombre y una mujer borrachos y fuera de control. Desde la 01:00 de la mañana contactamos en varias ocasiones con recepción porque no podíamos dormir del ruido, gritos que hacían, pero la chica de recepción Ivone no nos dio ninguna solución . Llamamos educadamente a la habitación y salieron gritando, insultándonos y casi pegan a mi marido porque estaban bajo el efecto de sustancias.
La chica de recepción lo presenció todo y no nos ayudó en ningún momento.estuvimos hasta las 05 de la mañana que decidieron acabar la juerga en esa habitación sin poder dormir en la nuestra.
Lógicamente hemos puesto una reclamación

We stayed one night in a standard first-floor room with two single beds and a street-facing balcony. The room itself was clean with effective air conditioning, and the safety deposit box used a separate plastic key (a bit unusual but functional). Be aware of extra charges: €15 for garage parking and €25 for our Chihuahua. The hotel's gym was excellent and free for guests. While the rooms are somewhat dated and worn, the pool area looked nice. However, we preferred the beach, which was just a short walk away. Breakfast was disappointing for vegans - only fruit available. We'd consider staying again, but would skip the breakfast option.

⭐ 1 estrella – Muy mala experiencia, ojo con el aparcamiento Hoy hice una reserva en el Hotel Fontana Plaza a través de Booking, seleccionando específicamente la opción de aparcamiento de pago (20 €). Era el único hotel que cumplía con mis necesidades, ya que viajo con un coche de empresa cargado de mercancía y necesitaba sí o sí un aparcamiento seguro y vigilado.

1. Henkilökunta oli sanalla sanoen hapanta ja töykeää vaikkemme edes reklamoineet mistään
2. Huoneeseen kuuluvat äänet kadulta ja naapurihuoneesta kuin paperiseinån läpi tai kuin parvekkeen ovi olisi auki
3. Sängyssä lakanoissa oli kuvan ötökkä
4. Lattialla hiekkaa ja pölyä
5. Koskahan parveke on viimeksi pesty tomusta
6. Wc:n purettu seinä on huono idea, koska suihkun ja wc:n äänet kuuluvat sängyille näöstä puhumattakaan

Nos alojamos en este hotel por su ubicación y tuvimos una horrible experiencia porque nos tocó en la habitación de al lado un hombre y una mujer borrachos y fuera de su, que hicieron una fiesta en la habitación hasta las 5 de la mañana que no nos dejaron dormir. Avisamos a recepción y literalmente no hicieron nada. Llamamos a la habitación y salieron insultándonos y casi nos agreden físicamente, hechos que vivió la recepcionista y nos dijo que no podía hacer nada. Hemos puesto una reclamación y hemos notificado todo al jefe de recepción que ni siquiera nos ha pedido disculpas.
