Queríamos pernoctar una noche desde Lisboa a Valladolid porque el vuelo llegaba a las 22pm No nos fue posible porque se cancelo nuestro vuelo. Les comunicamos la cancelación muy tarde. No nos cobraron la reserva, lo cual es de agradecer. El trato telefónico fue excepcional. Algún día iremos.

Having a voucher that was offered to me, I booked 1 night with breakfast at the Hotel Torres Novas. In the room, I was unable to turn on the air conditioning, so I went to the lady at reception and reported the situation. The answer you gave me left me incredulous. There was no air conditioning in this room as it was out of order and so they had left a small heater. When requesting another room, the lady argued not to do so because it was a booking with a Voucher, that they had even taken care to leave a small heater (!) and that, for this type of booking with a voucher, the room should even be the smallest !.
