Hotel muito antigo ,cama muito ruim colchão velho ,chuveiro não esquenta ,café da manhã sem opção de nada para comer e o que tem é ruim e parece que não são fresquinhos. Mesmo pegando a melhor acomodação que eles tem é ruim . Estacionamento precisa descer do carro para pedir para eles abrirem e o estacionamento é distante do hotel .

Hotel de muy baja calidad cero estrellas, no te dan ni shampo ni acondicionsdor, habitaciónes de la era del cromanion, sin cofre, desayuno pésimo, poca variedad, 1 solo ascensor, que vivía roto, sin generador de corriente, se cortaba la luz, camas de madera, colchones duros y almuadas viejas, sábanas sin estilo, toallas de cuándo se inauguró el hotel en el años 1929,secador de pelo con problemas, lo usabas y saltaba la termica, podría seguir enumerando infinidad de cosas, en difinitiva no había nada bien

Necessitei de um local para dormir, sem reserva, foram muito solícitos e atenciosos! O hotel é silencioso, limpo e bastante familiar! A localização é a melhor na cidade de Torres, bem no centro e a alguns passos da praia! Tem estacionamento privativo, gratuito e o Wi-Fi funciona muito! Café da manhã excelente! Voltarei com certeza para mais dias! Muito obrigada pela acolhida

A localização do hotel é excelente e os funcionários são super cordiais. As instalações (quartos) são bem simples, mas confortáveis, vale muito o custo benefício. Estacionamento privativo é um diferencial. O café não tinha muita variedade, mas vale o preço pago.

La atención de su personal excelente: Ana la mucama de piso, Pedro siempre atento en la entrada, Paulo, Sergio, Alador (si), y Camila guardiana de $$$. Simpáticos, serviciales siempre presentes. Llegué a eso de las 3 de la mañana al hotel y tenían la habitación pronta, quedé eternamente agradecida ya que el chek in es a las 14!!! Hab 216, cuando entré me volteó el olor a caño! Pensé estuvo sin ventilación y cerrada, bueno capaz que se va... como dijo: @ana_gaiero2021 en una opinión anterior, deprimente total, sin cortinas, sin colcha, las sábanas viejitas y cortitas. El piso gastado y plastificado sin pulir antes. Todo impecablemente limpio. ¡Lo peor está por llegar… compartía la cabecera de la cama con la pared del único ascensor! De noche el sube y baja era tremendo y más considerando que de las 3 no dormía, al fin, químicamente me dormí, (luego de pedir socorro y cambio de Hab), a las 6 era el 2 de oro, se iba una excursión de argentinos, sube y baja… Cuando volví de la playa me avisaron que tenía asignada otra la 323, impecable, parecía de otro hotel. Hasta las toallas eran otras. Siempre sin cortina, pero con una ubicación lateral muy tranquila. El desayuno un poco menos que correcto, si bien es muy abundante la calidad de los productos deja algo que desear.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo, atendimento correto, silencioso. Suas dependências estavam pintadas mas o mobiliário é bem antigo. O café da manhã era farto, com o básico, mas nada saboroso. Pelo preço que separa poderia ter mais capricho em tudo.

Un hotel que necesita un refresh con urgencia. La atención del personal fue muy correcta, pero las instalaciones y el desayuno dejan mucho que desear. El wifi no llegaba a la habitación ni a la piscina, solo en la recepción. La habitación que me tocó, estaba en el primer piso y la ventana daba al techo del vecino. La ventana no tenía cortinas ni traba. Si tenía cortina de enrollar, lo que hizo de la habitación una cueva, a no ser que estuviera dispuesta a darles un show a los vecinos cada vez que salía de la ducha o me cambiaba de ropa. Las toallas son tamaño repasador de cocina y no ofrecen ni shampoo ni acondicionador. La cama te la dan deshecha, al parecer una cama ya preparada es un lujo. Y la última vez que me hicieron el servicio a la habitación, no solo deshicieron la cama que ya había hecho, sino que me cambiaron las sábanas por unas que estaban rotas. La TV solo tenía 3 canales y salía terrible olor a cañería de los desagües. El desayuno que parecía tan completo en las fotos, era muy poco variado. Se puede resumir en pan, con pan y pan. Además de unos bizcochuelos secos, tres o cuatro frutas y huevos revueltos. No se, esperaba algo más tropical. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la limpieza del mismo estuvo muy bien.

Sem comentários, o hotel descontou 295 reais do cartão da minha mãe sem autorização e ainda mentiram dizendo que não. Espero nunca passar perto desse hotel, com um tratamento tão medíocre r desonesto.
