Torres del Paine Hotels with Pools

I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital.
