Trois nuits passées dans ce refuge à l’occasion d’un trek sur 4 jours. Très peu fréquenté à cette période de l’année (juillet), les abords de ce refuge offrent une vue magnifique, son personnel est chaleureux et attentionné, les repas sont très bien. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner copieux avant une journée de sport, lunch-box adaptée et dîners bons et copieux également. Le refuge était propre au niveau des douches et des sanitaires.

Great service and very comfortable stay. They always had a warm fire waiting for us when we got back from our hikes and a nice meal. Stephanie was especially helpful

Es un increible refugio, con un hermoso paisaje y el personal muy atento y acogedor. Tuve unas muy lindas vacaciones en un lugar ideal para desconectarse y reponer energías. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Estivemos no hotel entre os dias 8/5 a 9/5 e fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários Oscar, Cristian, Erick e felipe. Eles nos auxiliaram rapidamente com nossas dúvidas e nos deram total suporte na chegada. Graças a Eles tivemos uma excelente experiência. O hotel é muito aconchegante para a localização e tem uma ótima infraestrutura.

Impossível não elogiar o profissionalismo e a atenção do gerente Oscar. Sempre atento às nossas necessidades, ofereceu -nos acomodação importantíssima para nossa condição de saúde. E quando a meteorologia não permitiu a navegação do catamarã, cuidou de todos com esmero. Registro que em minhas duas viagens ao Chile nunca havia sido tão bem tratado como fomos pelo Oscar. Desejamos muito sucesso profissional. No mais, estamos satisfeitos com as instalações, como estruturas dia quartos, área de camping, banheiro, vizinha coletiva, minemarketing, restaurante. Destaque para a limpeza e excelente atendimento da equipe capitaneada pelo Oscar. Deixamos nosso muito obrigado por tudo. Que Deus abençoe o Refúgio Paine Grande.

The Refugio is fantastic and the people are so nice - we’ve had the place to ourselves as it’s winter so it may be different in summer but we’ve had such a great experience. Comfortable rooms, amazing and plentiful food, lovely wood burning stoves. A great place to rest and recharge after a hard day walking.
