Excelente estadía en el hotel, incluimos desayuno y cena y fue perfecto. La habitación tipo cabaña con una vista increíble, la cama muy cómoda y la ropa de cama impecable. Buena calefacción qué se regula en la habitación, el baño amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. En restaurante y estar hay WiFi disponible porque no hay señal en todo el sector. El desayuno y comidas muy buenos y estilo bufete, con bastante variedad. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que se solicita.

Amazing view of the mountains from the river bend - have a cocktail in the lawn chairs. Food was a real surprise, exceptionally good. Nice room, great staff.

Les plus Tres bel emplacement face aux montagnes Accueil chaleureux Diner sous forme de buffet bien presenté Wifi marche bien Les moins Me suis fait refilé une chambre tres tres ordinaire au fond du terrain sans vu sur le lac bof ! On m a dit que c etait complet assurez vous de reserver une chambre 1ere ligne vu sur la chaine de montagnes Hotel qui se veut ecolo pardon pour les details mais votre PQ ...usagé dans une poubelle ds votre sdb... je trouve ca crade merci les ecolos.. Conseil si vous le rejoignez l hotel par le parc national pensez a taper le point GPS sur Google maps car tres mal signalé En bref cela aurait pu etre mieux

El hotel es muy familiar , acodegor con una vista impresionante . La comida de primer nivel y la atención muy cercana. Los dormitorios lindos y súper cómodos . Mención especial para Jonathan súper atento y La Niña de la barra de pelo azul encantadora . Volvería de todas maneras !

Summary: overpriced for what you get. Pros: 1. High quality food. The buffet was large and high quality, with a ton of choices for meat eaters and vegitarians alike. The locally grown greens were a highlight 2. The view. It was stunning. Cons: 1. Inability to adjust the temperature in the rooms. You have zero control. The day we arrived, it was 30 degrees celcius in the room. The day we left it was 17 degrees. 2. Lack of refrigerator in the room 3. Coffee was weak at best. I'm actually convinced they use decaf in all of their machines. 4. Prices: simply off the charts for everything. $8 beers, $250 excursions, $360 each way to and from Puerto Natales airport (in a Sprinter van). By the way, you can get a taxi each way for $70. 5. Excursion failure: we signed up for the French Valley full day tour and went to the ferry with our guide, only to find ou there were no boat tickets available. Shouldn't the excursion operator have verified ticket availability beforehand? We then had to substitute a lower quality excursion that we didn't really want to do. 6. Internet was super slow and only works by the front desk. Would it really be too difficult to buy 3-4 range extenders so we have wi-fi in the rooms? In the future, I would stay across the street at the Rio Serrano instead.

When staying in this area, you have to manage expectations. The Villa Serrano area exists to host travelers closer to Torres del Paine than Puerto Natales, cutting off an hour of travel each way into the park. Hotel del Paine has basic rooms—small, not much room to store close or equipment (no drawers, hooks, shelf space, etc—but the bed was really comfy, the room is warm, the bathroom very clean. No wifi in the rooms, but it screams in the lodge. Good meals, outstanding views of Cuernos. Fantastic staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we were disappointed with this stay, though there were some highlights. We booked there because it had a pretty high rating, but the reality did not match the rating. The property was beautiful. It was on the water and the scenery was gorgeous. However, the room was subpar. We were in the lodge building at the end of the driveway, and the walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything going on in every room in the building. Also, the shower was very difficult to use, even dangerous; the lighting wasn’t very good; and the bathroom supplies were inadequate and/or inoperable. The rooms do not have wifi, and there is no cellular Internet in the area. Also, there is no pool or hot tub, in spite of the description. On the positive side, most of the food that was provided, including dinner and the box lunches that we purchased for our day treks, was really delicious, even though the attention to detail on the service was a little spotty.
