Really stunning hotel in a remote and incredible part of the world! Food is generally good, I prefer the bar menu. I got pretty sick of having fine dining every night tbh. Really great cocktails and really friendly staff. Tomas in particular was a gem.

This hotel is waaaaay over the top ! Best service we’ve EVER had !!! Be advised, this is a VERY REMOTE AREA, but the architecture and service were top notch ! Be certain you match your requirements with their offerings, the trekking and excursions are fabulous. We were so impressed with their warmth and “family-ness”, we’ll rave about it for years !

For our first time in Chile, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. A beautiful building of course with an exceptional view of Torres Del Paine (from every room!) but what really made our stay were the wonderful staff. Every interaction with them was a positive one, in particular the staff in the restaurant. Each and every morning and evening we were welcomed with a smile - not easy for them at the end of a long season. Food was excellent, our massage was excellent, tour guides, excellent…we honestly could not fault it and I genuinely felt quite sad to leave!

Still processing how wonderful this place was... We loved every minute of our stay. From the greeting at the airport to the sack lunch for our airport departure, Tierra was perfect! The hotel was stunning, the view is breathtaking, every employee was friendly and helpful, the food/drinks were FABULOUS, the spa/pool was so relaxing, and the excursions were enthralling. It was worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. We can't wait to try the other Tierra properties. Special shout out to these few folks who went above and beyond: Restaurant staff - Thomas, Andres, Daniella, Patricio, Paz, and Jose Antonio; Bartenders - Jose Miguel and Sebastian; Guides - Alvaro, Alina, Rod, and Jonathon.

Tierra Patagonia was absolutely incredible. The service from the staff (friendly but always professional), they remembered my husbands food intolerances which other 5 star hotels in Chile have failed to. We were very lucky to have Patricio as our guide for the whole duration, his knowledge of amazing hikes and attentiveness was brilliant and made our trip extremely interesting and fun. The team at Tierra, dining and the beautiful aesthetics are what make the experience so special- we look forward to coming back one day. No other 5 star hotel in Chile on our 16 day trip has come close!

We had a wonderful stay at Tierra Patagonia. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the stars as we went to bed and the mountains as we woke up. The staff did everything they could to give us a welcoming stay, including airport pickups and dropoffs and having lunch waiting for us when we arrived. Our guide Tomas was especially helpful, being very flexible with our requests for excursions and answering all of our questions. We'd recommend Tierra Patagonia to anyone visiting Torres del Paine.

This place is expensive and well beyond our usual travel budget, but it was so worth it. The architecture of the hotel is stunning. The rooms and common spaces are pure luxury and comfort. The restaurant food is world-class, as are the servers. One of us is vegetarian, and the vegetarian food was equally good and there were many menu options. All of the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. We felt welcome and spoiled. The grounds are lovely. The view of the mountains is amazing. Wildlife can be viewed from the common spaces. Many excursions are on offer. The pool is relaxing and lovely.
