Me encanta el hotel! Excelente en relación calidad - precio, televisiones con variedad de canales, puedo ver netflix, HBO y Disney+, aire acondicionado excelente, muy buena limpieza!! Y excelente servicio de los recepcionistas, El restaurante lo es parte del hotel, sin embargo es bastante bueno y variado. Ser aquí en adelante será mi opción en Torreón.

El hotel es muy elegante y además cuenta con plaza que tiene todas las tiendas para comprar cenar y cine. En precio no es el más competitivo pero vale similar a otros que no cuentan con la plaza. Sería genial que tuviera promociones, el hotel es muy limpio, buena ubicación y buena atención

La semana pasada me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación pues el sistema de televisión no funcionaba. Está semana no funciona el internet. Pedí servicio al cuarto, 10 boneless y llegaron 7, la excusa: ”tenemos tanteo trabajo que no checamos las cantidad” Los aires acondicionados hacen el ruido de un trailer, viejísimos. No vuelvo a hospedarme aquí. Nada recomendable.

Hotel equipment and facilities are very old, but the rest are OK, basically no hotel service, breakfast is very garbage

The surrounding environment is really bad, but the service at the front desk is very good and you can check in early.

It's okay for the price. Everything seems clean. The breakfast is horrible tho, just go eat somewhere else lol.

Close to the airport, short-term stay is more convenient, the hotel people are very warm, belonging to the motel level, there is Xiaoqiang but is medicine, it is recommended that men stay. Mainly convenient.
