Puntos positivos Personal muy amable y atento Ambiente familiar Habitación limpia y espaciosa Aceptan pago con tarjeta de crédito o debito (en mi caso hice reservación a través de booking, sin proporcionar datos bancarios, y pagué hasta hospedarme ya en el hotel) Check-in a partir de la 1:00pm y check-out a las 12:00pm Camas cómodas Hotel abierto 24h En centro histórico de Torreón, siempre está vivo y transitado de gente así que te hace sentirte seguro el salir a caminar hasta muy noche Cerca de mucho bares, cafés, restaurantes y antros A una cuadra de la Plaza Mayor A 5 min en auto de muchos lugares turísticos, Comida del restaurante muy rica. Precios muy económicos en el restaurante Wifi bueno para ver contenido streaming, navegar, chatear... Tv por cable (megacable con xview +) Habitación con un buen aire acondicionado Baño limpio, sanitario con una buena capacidad de descarga, regadera y lavabo con agua caliente y fría y a mucha presión. Toallas para manos y cuerpo en el baño, y jabones neutro de barra Puntos negativos Aclaración, no lo sentía como un punto negativo pero el hotel tiene una estética muy retro, 70 u 80 (se mas nota en el mobiliario del cuarto y el restaurante) y algunas otras un poco más modernas (las camas), así que si a ti te molesta que el hotel se "vea viejo" pues si te va a chocar un poco. Ascensor demasiado pequeño y antiguo (soporta solo 400 kg, y tarda en subir y abrir/cerrar puertas El restaurante cierra a las 3pm así que no puedes cenar ahí El wi-fi es una red que se comparte en todo el hotel así que se tarda en descargar aplicaciones o archivos muy pesados Muy pocos contactos, dos ocupados donde va la tv y el cable, y otros dos en la mesita de noche (uno mas en el baño pero no funcionaba) En el baño solo te incluye toallas y jabón de barra, (no crema, pasta dental, shampoo, acondicionado, etc…) por lo que tienes que llevar tus accesorios de aseo personal La tv por cable no funcionaba al principio, tuve que bajar a recepción a que mandaran a alguien a revisar El lobby y la recepción no tiene aire acondicionado o ventiladores asi que se encierra mucho el calor (el restaurante solo tiene ventiladores)
