The hotel is great, but they could improve or replace the old shower head for a better water flow.

I have so many bad things to say;
1. They had to change my room card 4 times.
2. The room carpet its disgusting!
3. The pillows are soooo nasty, dirty and very old.
4. The windows and curtains are extremely dirty,
5. The shower drainer was always clogged as so the bathroom sink.
6. The toilet was leaking.
7. The towels were soooo old!
8. The AC wasn't working property.
9. No plastic cups to wash your teeth.
We stayed one week and we will not be coming back.

Bad
We stayed for 5 days and we didn’t have any hot water at all. The entrance key deactivated 2 days during our 5 days stay. Although we reported the issue, personnel didn’t seem to care .

Shower was low pressure and took awhile for the hot water to get hot.

When we arrived at the room, the bedsheets weren't changed or cleaned. Everything in the room was old and falling apart. The whole hotel is in rough condition. The staff was friendly and changed everything cleaned in our room.
