We gave them a chance, and came back again. Still, they need better management and training of the staffs. The concierge are just not friendly. Non of them were friendly and make you feel welcoming to the hotel. It's the attitudes make us feel, they are doing me a favor to check us in. Thanks, but no thanks. They are probably under paid, thats why non of them are smiling and friendly. And the restaurant is not listed in Michelin guide, but they put a 2 stars. Ok maybe your chef is 2 stars in Madrid, that doesn't make your restaurant a 2 stars. Food and menu was terrible. If the 2 stars chef opened a burger chain, that became a 2 stars? I dont think so. The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not 2 stars. Our room, there was hair everywhere on the toilet floor, pretty disgusting. The shower door can't close properly and flood the bathroom. The hotel facilities are great.

Tout est à la hauteur de ce Relais & Château ! La douceur d’y vivre quelques jours doit être à votre programme ! Nous y avons passe un merveilleux moment dans le calme et la tranquillité du lieu. De la restauration aux piscines en passant par le spa tout est organisé pour être agréable ! Séjour parfait !

Ce magnifique lieu réservé par mon fils pour mon anniversaire a été pour moi contrariant …accueil moyen et information que mon cocker n’était pas le bienvenu étant donné que nous étions dans la partie historique du mas. j’ai cru que j’allais devoir dormir dans la voiture! Alors qu’il est bien noté dans la réservation que les animaux étaient acceptés. Soucieuse des mots je dirais tolérés étant donné que je devais me faire toute petite avec mon chien …pas permis en terrasse etc..et avec une liste de 17 points de règlement voire de « menaces «sur l’acceptation du chien en ces lieux … j’ai trouvé peu sympathique. Du coup pas de petit déjeuner en famille , pas de restaurant dans ce lieu magique ..Et cerise sur le gâteau 120€ pour Leon pour ces deux jours où il a été à peine toléré.

I had visited Mas de Torrent in 2017 and was delighted to return to this beautiful spot. My return was even more special than my first visit. We had a beautiful pool suite with lots of room and beautiful decorations. My only regret was that the pool was not heated. The restaurant served excellent food both at dinner and breakfast. The staff is warm, hospitable and extremely helpful. The location is excellent for visiting the many special sites in Northern Cataluña. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

Es una autèntica maravilla, solo llegar impresiona la majestuosidad del hotel y el entorno. Da paz y silencio. Un olor a jazmín maravilloso. Te aparcan el coche y empieza la experiencia Mas de Torrent. Me ha impresionado que el hotel (solo 39 habitaciones) tiene múltiples rincones, como una casa, decorado con un gusto y delicadeza extraordinario, sillones, jarrones, eucalipto…invita a la lectura y el relax. La habitaciòn preciosa y con todo lujo de detalles. No muy grande pero muy còmoda. La terraza con unas vistas alucinantes. Comimos en el restaurante y cenamos en el bar; es caro pero con un buen producto. El restaurante tiene unos salones y jardines preciosos. Nos atendieron de maravilla. Sin embargo es excesivo el precio del agua (6€ y no es agua embotellada) y el pan y el aceite (escaso) que te traen sin pedirlo 12€. Me parece abusivo. Todos son amables y super encantadores. Desayuno un 10. A la carta y buffet. El SPA de lujo. La piscina es un espacio espectacular, precioso y relajante….. Lo que nos ha decepcionado sobremanera es que no sea un hotel only adults, para un hotel tan exclusivo como èste pagando minimo 600€ oche no es aceptable que niños perturben y molesten a los clientes alojados de este hotel. En la piscina había niños chapoteando y haciendo ruido y ha sido un poco molesto. Se debería cuidar esto. A pesar de esto nuestra estancia ha sido fantàstica. En definitiva eate hotel es un verdadero tesoro. Su servicio impecable y sus instalaciones de alta calidad. Lujo y tranquilidad.

We took a boat ride hosted by the hotel. Captain Sergio was wonderful, made us feel safe and indulged. We stopped and snorkeled and enjoyed a lovely snack. It was one of the highlights of our vacation. It was easy to schedule and find the boat as well

Un día maravilloso en el spa de Mas Torrent!!! Fue un regalo de unos buenos amigos y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Gracias Oriol, Isabel, Claudia y todo el equipo!!! El pack "spa day" incluyó masaje, almuerzo y uso de las dos piscinas. Un día de ensueño en un entorno espectacular!
