The most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

Mañana dejamos el Hotel, pero me arrepiento de no haberme quejado desde el 1° día de la habitación, con un baño sin estantes, ni en lavabo ni en ducha, por ser adoptado a minusvalido? Cosa q no tiene sentido, ni tampoco darnos esta habitación.... en cada ducha baño cadí inundado de agua, por el plato ducha plano, y limpieza además en el baño fatal, necesita un buen repaso a fondo... Tuberías a la vista, marco de la puerta roto.... No merecíamos una habitación así despues de lo que se paga.... en fin...este año muy descontenta, deberían compensarnos de alguna manera porque esto no está al nivel de lo que hemos pagado..

Visited early July . Room good but in need of updating. Best air con I have ever had. Breakfast basic but ok and the staff are very friendly especially the mad Dutch man entertaining around the pool 😂. Pool area lovely and brilliant location. The only concern I had was the pool bar staff who seemed to make you wait while they served Spanish guests first and this happened on a few occasions. Would return

Repeat visit as we were so impressed the other times we stayed. Right on the sea front, good sized comfortable rooms, lovely views from pool/sea view rooms, clean, extensive choice in restaurant and really helpful staff. Some private parking available depending on availability. The roof bar has spectacular views and reasonably priced cocktails. Knowing the price of other sea front hotels in the area, this hotel is reasonably priced too.
