The hotel isn't bad. But the reception service leaves a lot to be desired. They made me pay for another reservation because I mistakenly booked the day before, and when I arrived in the middle of the night, they told me to submit the cancellation request through the app, that there was no problem with them. The morning before I left, I spoke to Rosa at reception about my situation, as the app told me the hotel hadn't yet approved the free cancellation. When I mentioned this to the lady, she insisted she hadn't received an email, and when I showed it to her, I told her, of course, you have to click the request refund button.
