This hotel is a resort hotel, not a traditional four-star business hotel. There are many British holiday tour groups, and the beach is right outside your door. The room is large and has a separate living room. The services are quite satisfactory and not as bad as the legend says. The price is acceptable.

Our family, 2 adults, 2 children (12 & 17 yrs) just returned from our first stay at Hotel Puente Real. We had a really lovely time staying all inclusive in a Junior Suite Pool View from which was ideal for us. Beds were comfortable & cleaning was offered to us everyday. The location is really good. A short trip from the airport. Opposite the beach & a nice scenic walk or short taxi to the main ***** in Torremelinos. The entire staff from start to finish were helpful & friendly, even when they were under pressure. The buffet restaurant is huge & busy at all times. We found the food to be very nice & something for everyone. A better system for guests moving around is probably needed as lots of walking into each other at times. Bar staff were a delight as were the very busy staff at the snack bar. The snack bar needs a bigger location for sure to cope with the demand. Pools like a lot of hotels in peak season isn't big enough for the demand so advice is get in line before 9am to be sure you can get a bed although they do free up again during the afternoon. The entertainment team were stand out fantastic at this hotel. The programme was full everyday & everyone was invited to get involved whether in the water or at the poolside. We give them our biggest star overall.

À fuir!!!!! Surconsommation en veux tu, en voilà. Aucune classe !! Pas de savoir être, hygiène déplorable!! Pas de transat même si tu te présentes à 8h30 pour un accès à 9h. Et le personnel de l'hôtel laisse faire.. Des travaux d'agrandissement de la piscine doivent être faits. C'est honteux !!!! TUI et l'hôtel encaissent mais ne font rien. Beaucoup se plaignent des anglais mais ils devraient revoir leur comportement, ils font pareil voire pire !!!! Si vous voulez vous soûlez en vous rinçant l'œil, venez ici au Puente Real, vous serez plus que servis. Trop cher pour leur prestation.

Whoever gave 5star review to this hotel has no self respect. People and staff around this place are lovely,but everything else is just not. Please if you are thinking of spending your hard earned money here, think twice. air conditioning didn’t exist in our room number 2208. Half of our holiday was spent waiting for lift which is ridiculous. Got locked out of the room 3 times in 2 days because cards stopped working for no reason. Rooms are very basic and beds are definitely not to a industry standard. Food and drinks are not bad. If you’re thinking of getting sunbed between 9am and 5pm i wish you a good luck. Waaay to many people for this size facility. Location is very good but thats all. This was supposed to be relaxing holiday for our family but it just wasn’t. Please read all reviews before booking. Definitely wouldn’t recommend especially for this price. Loads of potential but no one really cares.

We paid for superior rooms, really don’t bother. They placed three single beds into a tiny room (no bedrooms no privacy) three adults. Toilet was dirty. Receptionist didn’t care one bit just told come back tomorrow then come back in the afternoon. It use to be a lovely hotel but very poor standards
