Just got home from staying for two weeks at this fabulous hotel. So many positives: the hotel is spotlessly clean and well cared for. Our room was very spacious, the beds so comfortable and the air conditioning was the best we've had. We stayed half board and the buffet restaurant was outstanding, staff very friendly. We used the roof pool on a lot of occasions and always got a sunbed. Happy hour is a must 4:30-5:30. The rear gate to the beach is brilliant and shops, bars and restaurants are so very close. Fabulous time. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel has so many positives! Great location, Good food, cleaners work very hard the hotel is always very clean. The reception staff are very helpful and the dining staff breakfast and dinner are so helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Ivan who always had a smile and was so polite. The sunbed situation is fine if you go up in the morning I always got a rooftop lounger went up after breakfast. I imagine like anywhere else it would be harder in the afternoon. Unfortunately a couple of negatives are female staff at the rooftop pool can be rude and we waited 45 mins for food one afternoon with no apology. The pigeons in the dining hall especially breakfast MUST be dealt with I understand it can be difficult but it is a health and safety problem when you’re eating inside and pigeons are around your feet. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Location perfect, what you pay for is top notch, drinks cheap, classy in some respective, staff at both bars ground & rooftop brilliant, helps if you know some Spanish goes a long way as seems you get more alcohol poured, credit where due the night bar staff on ground was very good. But apart from that we was on a friend's stag party and it was spot on.

But however NO one been in my room except cleaners 200 cigs from a 400 sleeve has been taken ripped from duty free sealed bag🤔 informed staff on what's happened and automatically become defensive come on its £50 been taken nothing to cry over but was fired back with aggression, I travel very often with business and pleasure, heads up put stuff away safe meaning safe. But apart from that we was on a friend's stag party and it wad spot on.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen hotel, vlakbij de boulevard van la Carihuela in Torremolinos. Kamer was prima, geen last van lawaai van buitenaf. Ontbijt en avondeten was lekker. Vriendelijke medewerkers en blij met het koelkastje op de kamer en de supermarkt vlakbij. Van het zwembad op het dakterras én in de tuin heb ik geen gebruik gemaakt, want ik hou meer van het strand en de zee, maar dat zag er prima uit, wel wat klein allebei. Entertainment in het hotel was niet mijn smaak, maar er is genoeg vertier in de buurt om op te zoeken. Ik kom denk ik nog wel een keer terug in dit hotel.

Roof top terrace in the food area at the bar pigeons are pooing everywhere on the chairs and jumping on the tables eating left over food when guests leave bar staff do nothing some of the staff need training on customer satisfaction as they speak to you in spanish even though they know you cant speak spanish bar staff in the roof top bar are rude they cater for germans and dutch so beware

We have just returned from 10 days at this hotel. Great location, check in at 3. Rooms are large, Pretty basic but has kettle, mini fridge and hairdryer. We had a balcony overlooking the street which did get noisy at night on the 2nd floor. Roof top pool and terrace is fantastic. It opens at 9am so be prepared to be queuing before then to get beds. The pool Is lovely as are the bar snacks, with happy hour at 5.30. Food was good, plenty of choice, including an omelette station. Fresh orange at breakfast costs €2 and at night you have a pay for a drink, as there isn’t even water available from the dispenser which is a bit disappointing. My only criticism would be as the evening meals get busy, on a few occasions I had to source my own cutlery and sit at a dirty table as the staff couldn’t seem to keep up with the cleaning, but that is the only reason I’d give it a negative.

Betalen voor een ontbijt bij de dag van aankomst. Dat je niet eerder de kamer in mag dan 14:00 en dat is niet erg fijn als je de hele nacht wakker moest blijven vanwege het reizen. Te weinig lig bedjes bij het zwembad beneden waarvan de bar pas om 16:30 open gaat. Schimmelranden in het zwembad en slechte vloeren.
