The accommodation provides a fantastic breakfast buffet, exceptional cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Its prime location near the beach and affordable prices make it ideal for budget-conscious travelers.

Stayed here over Xmas 2024. Check in was seamless and quick. Hotel is in a great location, very close to beach and shops, cafes etc. Free WiFi was good and fast. Rooms are large and clean and beds are very comfy although furniture needed updating particularly handles missing from cupboards. Bathroom was large and walk in shower was very powerful. Arrived in evening on Xmas eve and cleaner was going to clean on Xmas morning but told her it wasn't necessary as we had just recently arrived and asked for room to be cleaned from boxing day onwards. Room was not cleaned once during our 5 night stay despite us being out each day from around 10 till 4pm. Had to lift towels from cleaners trolley which was left in corridor and no cleaners were around to ask. Restaurant staff worked extremely hard and were very pleasant. Not enough tables in restaurant for the amount of guests staying. One morning we went for breakfast and there were no available tables. Went back 30 mins later and still could not get a table so gave up and ate out. I worked in mass catering for 25 years and fully understand that you can't please all of the people all of the time but the food quality was poor including Brussels sprouts, mixed veg and skin on fries for breakfast!!. Really??. Toaster took a good 10 mins to brown the bread so gave up in the end. One evening there was small skin on boiled potatoes however they hadn't been washed prior to cooking and were very dirty.If you like fish and eggs then there was no shortage of dishes to choose from. Salad and dessert choices were not the best but always something you could eat from salad bar. We have stayed here twice before and dont recall the food quality being as bad. Did not attend the Xmas gala dinner as did not like much of the choice on the menu including Roast turkey with potato rissoles and I'm glad we gave it a miss as other guests we spoke to complained that they didn't get main course until 11pm despite a 7pm start. If I do return to this hotel (due to its great location) it will be on a room only basis.
