Wij waren een kleine week in dit hotel en over het algemeen waren wij wel tevreden van het hotel. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en alles was heel proper. Wij hadden een upgrade gekregen naar een junior suite, de kamer waar we normaal sliepen was aan de kleine kant maar heel netjes. Zowel in de gewone kamer als in de junior suite vond ik de badkamer wel heel klein en veel te weinig opbergruimte. Wij lagen aan het zwembad op de Level, je kan er de hele dag drinken en snackjes eten. De snackjes mochten wel meer variatie hebben, dit was na een week nog altijd elke dag hetzelfde. Ook het eten in het buffet restaurant viel wat tegen van de weinige keuze/ variatie. Hetgene dat mij nog het meeste tegenviel was het kleine zwembad. Je hebt 3 zwembaden in dit hotel maar ze zijn echt heel klein. Het is dan een redelijk groot hotel dus dat vond ik wel een fameuze tegenvaller.
