This is the second time I have come to this hotel very convenient to go to the beach shopping and get to places you want to adventure, hotel staff were very good to us I had a lovely stay

The hotel is huge with pool but full of people and feels crowded, a lot of noise but it’s good for big family and señors people,not that cool for young people I guess ,overall the price is good

The hotel was more than we expected due to some negative reviews. Its in a great location to get out and about using service bus or train or even walking. The hotel was clean and tidy your rooms where cleaned every day. All the staff we're really hardworking pleasant polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Food was unbelievable the amount of choices to cater for all guests. All inclusive was well worth it you could eat and drink all day if you wanted great activities during the day and great entertainment on a night trying to suit all. Had coffee bar for the coffee lovers. Has a gym and library. Thanks all we had a fantastic 2 weeks holiday you can't please everyone

Hotel was clean and lots of food choices for everyone. Great choice of drinks at the bar :) The pool was nice and clean but small for the size of Hotel and most of the sunbathing area was in Hotel shadow. The areas that got the sun were all reserved by 8am every morning with towels etc even though nobody on them till later. The shuttle bus to the beach is not available from October onwards and it is a fair walk to the beach in the heat. The all inclusive “beach bar” couldn’t be found by us or anyone we asked!!! If you use the safe or hire a kettle be sure to keep your receipt or even though you return the items they refuse to give your deposit back!!!!!

The value for money at this hotel is second to none. Is it perfect, no, but the price u pay is good. Rooms clean, food lovely, drinks good. I honestly think it's a great place to get away for a reasonable priced break. This was my second time to this hotel and I will go back.

More of a 3 star than a 4. Room cleanliness not the best. Always finding hairs around that weren’t mine. Maid forgot to leave hand towels one day but after asking at reception we were given some. Pillows very flat. I had to double mine over. Walls so thin I could hear someone snoring, could tell what they were listening to on tv and could hear conversations. Pool was in shade majority of the day and there was no atmosphere around the pool. No music or games. Roof terrace was a good place to get sun all day with all inclusive beer, wine and juice pumps up there but no pool or toilets nearby. Food was plentiful and always something for everyone. Not very hot but there were microwaves you could use. There were lots of flies flying around which was quite annoying. The toasters were terrible, one way and needed to put bread round 3 times to toast it. The snack bar which was open between mealtimes was the same foods for the whole week. No variation. The all inclusive options were beer or lemon beer, the wines which weren’t nice. The spirits were good. I liked the pink gin. The coffees were good from the coffee place. Some maintenance needs to be done around the place. The stair lights up to terrace near pool were all loose. In the restaurant the walls near the windows at the back are all marked. The tables/table mats are not cleaned between customers and we’re always full of crumbs. There was a dead fly on the window sill for 4 days near where we sat so not cleaned often. The staff are all nice and friendly.

Hotel is surrounded by high rise buildings so not much sun around the pool. There is a sunbathing terrace, but people put their towels on the loungers at 8am and if your not up to get yours, your out of luck for the day. Hotel looks clean, and cleaners do the basics every day. However I spilled a drink in the corridor one night, 5 days later when leaving, it hadn’t been mopped! Breakfast is good, lunch and dinner are repetitive and rarely hot unless you get something directly from the chef, but the wait, and rudeness of other guests isn’t worth it. It seems the hotel has a lot of returning custom of people who think, because they come so often can break rules, like smoking in the outdoor restaurant where it clearly says no smoking! They are the same people who drink all day, are loud, roaring from balconies to the rest of their friends below etc. So if that’s your thing, the Griego is the place for you!!

My husband and I just spent a week here and it perfect for us. We were All Inclusive but did not eat our evening meal here as we like going a wander at night and eating out. Breakfast and lunch were fabulous for us, especially the steak at lunch yesterday (Monday) that was cooked perfectly. Sun loungers, we just used the sun terrace as we don’t need poolside and we did manage to get a spot everyday. A few people did smoke up there even though there is a no smoking sign and we did not want to say anything to the smokers in case it caused trouble but maybe the staff could speak to people when they come round collecting glasses in the future. Pool, it was freezing, as the sun didn’t come out til around 10am and was gone by around 2pm, we rarely used it. Our room was perfect, cleaned every day with fresh towels, really can’t fault it. The staff were all brilliant, always polite and friendly. We were not aware that there was entertainment in Pepe’s but that is down to us not paying attention. When leaving we were unable to keep our room on as hotel was extremely busy but staff allowed us to store our luggage in a holding room and provided us towels to shower in the shower room which was spotless , as we we checked out at 11am and we were not leaving until 6pm, we also got to use our All Inclusive the full day where other hotels don’t allow that after check out. We will for sure go back.

Rooms disgusting . Moved to 2nd room cockroaches in room.hotel dirty disgusting hotel . Needs revamping and cleaning pest control needed.pool dirty.food rubbish. Everything about this hotel was awful. Wardrobes in first room couldn’t open or close doors stuck. Shower didn’t work.
