Estafa, este hotel no funciona nunca la calefacion en invierno o el aire acondicionado en verano desde el año 2018. Tienen esta politica para reducir gastos y cobran 170€ por habitacion doble. Te aconsejo no te dejes engañar, les da igual que te quejes, solo pueden darte una manta. En verano trae un abanico si quieres sobrevivir aqui. Asi estamos , sin calefaccion en invierno en Madrid, durmiendo con los abrigos puestos. El hotel tiene mala ubicacion, lejos de todo y con vistas a un parking y a una calle con mucho trafico. Las paredes de la habitacion sucias y los cojines viejos y deteriorados.

Hotel muy bonito. Sencillo pero muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir bien. Aparcamiento subterráneo con conexión directa al hotel por un precio muy razonable por noche. El desayuno muy bueno, con todo lo necesario aunque no excesivo. Las habitaciones con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas y mucha tranquilidad. El personal muy amable y atento. Un lugar muy recomendable que le quedan cortas las 3 estrellas, en mi opinión es mucho mejor que muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas.

Muy buena ubicación cuando te quieres ir a Barajas al día siguiente. Puedes aprovechar e ir al Parque Europa por la tarde. En el hotel nos abrieron el bufet del restaurante antes de su hora porque nuestra avión salía bastante temprano. La atención al cliente excelente, las habitaciones excelentes para poder descansar tranquilo y pasar el día previo a tu viaje.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel right outside Madrid. It proved to be a good option in relation to quality/price and proximity to the Spanish capital. Basically, we used this space for restful nights, for breakfast and dinner, which was served on the premises of a hotel belonging to the same group a few meters away. Great stay. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Good location to get to know Torrejón and visit the magical Christmas. The only thing missing is to expand the dining room for breakfast because in the end we had to go somewhere else because there was a long line.

Even though I had not booked at this hotel, they accommodated us here from Hostal Torrejón, owned by the same owners. They explained the reasons to us (true or not, but that is not the question) and offered us to go to this hotel. They let us see the room before checking in and we accepted. The hotel has been recently renovated, so it has nothing to do with some of the opinions that can be found about it. The reception and restaurant are somewhat old, but clean. The room was renovated, it was clean, well insulated and in good condition. The staff was very kind to us. We had buffet breakfast included in the price, which was good since it had a variety of products.

Good hotel, good room with a slightly uncomfortable mattress, very good bathroom except for the mirror lights that because of how they are oriented, you have difficulties when putting on makeup, it doesn't look good how it looks. The restaurant is not located in the hotel but you have to go out onto the street and walk about 200 meters
