Estuvimos el día 5 en familia,y la gente que trabaja muy amable todos , tuvimos un problema con el aire que no salía calor hablamos con recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación a una que si funcionaba,todo en muy poco tiempo,lo recomiendo y seguro que volveremos

Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es que está al lado del parque de mágicas navidades. Me imagino que de ahí su disparatado precio durante esas fechas. El servicio del hotel pésimo. La habitación nos la dieron en el último minuto, supuestamente limpia. Eso sí había pelos largos por todos los lados. A las 22 .15 de la noche nos dijeron que no podíamos cenar, porque el servicio de cocina cerraba justo a esa hora. A las 22.15 cerrada una cocina de hotel en España. De risa. Totalmente destartalado. Desde la taza del baño hasta las 3 puertas de armario q había. La calefacción sin funcionar, con solución ninguna, con 2 grados en la calle.

El hotel está muy céntrico, la estación del tren de cercanías y la de autobuses al lado , elegimos este hotel por la cercanía al parque de mágicas navidades y fue un acierto , tiene parking subterráneo de 2 plantas y el ascensor llega hasta el parking, dudo que si el hotel estuviese lleno hubieran habido plazas suficientes y para lo incómodo que es aparcar entre pilares me pareció muy caro si añadimos que no se puede reservar, aunque hay un parking público en la misma entrada del hotel , la atención del personal de recepción fue impecable, y nos aconsejaron muy bien para coger el cercanías y el autobús . La habitación en la planta 5 muy acogedora y con vistas a la plaza , cama muy grande , frigorífico ,televisión , armario con caja fuerte de pago y baño amplio con lo necesario , pero no entiendo y esto me pasa en más hoteles y es que si la habitación es para dos personas por qué solo ponen un vaso .La limpieza de la habitación correcta aunque supongo que por las prisas la cama no es que estuviese bien hecha, pero era muy confortable. (Mi mujer decía que la habitación olían mucho a lejía y era molesto ) . Nos incluía el desayuno tipo buffet y muy bien, cantidad y calidad muy buena y amplio comedor. Alojarse en el hotel y desplazarte a Madrid en el cercanías fue muy fácil y rápido. En general muy bien.

The hotel is very well located, quite new and clean. The staff is friendly. The drawbacks are that it is impossible to park in the area (at least on weekends), and the hotel parking is not very big, if you are lucky enough to get a wave it is 14€ per day. Access to the hotel is only via stairs, it is not at all accessible... And the straw that broke the camel's back was that our room faced the main street and the windows did not isolate the noise well, so it was impossible to rest all night because of the hustle and bustle and noise of the street.
