pequeno almoço muito mau
- apenas 1 variedade de queijo e de fiambre e de fraca qualidade
- iogurtes expostos à temperatura ambiente, estavam quentes
- bolos de pacote (ensacados) sem qualidade
- fruta demasiado madura e com mau aspeto
higiene deficiente - quarto e casa de banho com teias de aranha, pedi para limparem mas não fizeram caso
piscina encerrada
tem uma localização fabulosa mas não têm habilidade para explorar

Mi hija fue con una escursion del cole y se dejo una chaqueta de piel en el armario de la habitacion, despues de llamar varias veces nos dicen que mandemos un mail y q nos contestarian. Al no recibir noticias pasados mas de 7 dias decidimos llamar y nos dicen que no saben pero que la chaqueta seguramente no estaba alli. Ya no hablo de lo que nos conto la niña de las instalaciones etc. Enfin depues de muchos viajes a portugal donde saque en claro que la hosteleria es de lo mejor se confirma la oveja negra, si teneis la oportunidad conged otro hotel, no lo dudeis.

El personal es muy amable y se descansa muy bien. El hotel se nota que ha tenido tiempos mejores. El desayuno no está mal, aunque ponen bacon y huevos revueltos que siempre están fríos. No sé si es porque no funciona la máquina de mantenerlos calientes o si es que la idea es que lo encienda el propio cliente.
