Devo dividere la recensione fra camera e ristorazione. La ristorazione non è da 4 stelle,ma nemmeno da 3. Pesce quasi crudo ( non sushi) colazione insufficiente per un 4 stelle. Chiesto cucchiaini 2 volte.. panico, nessuno provvedeva. La camera era molto piacevole, letto comodo, bel bagno e pulita.la vista sull'oceano come descritto, e' sui tetti e scorcio mare (Puglia non Miami) L'impressione avuta era di persone con buona volontà ma poca esperienza... assolutamente NO 4 stelle.

Wat een feest om in dit fijne hotel te mogen zijn. Niet alleen om de locatie, de koffie, het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt , het strand , de mooie restaurants in de omgeving en de bezienswaardigheden maar vooral om Salvatore en zijn Squadra. Super gastvrij, deze mensen weten precies hoe het moet en zijn werkelijk geïnteresseerd in de gasten. Een hele dikke 10 voor dit super team.

We stayed 3 nights in Cico hotel. I can only say that Salvatore, Melanie, Andrea's and all the staff made us feel like we were long lost family. They could not have made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is so lovely and characterful , always spotlessly clean.It was so refreshing to feel that it was not about the money to be made, but to send us away with the feeling that we had made new friends who really invested in making our stay a wonderful experience. My wife and I could not have had a better experience, Salvatrori did so much for us and was the perfect host. we departed feeling we left a little bit of ourselves behind. We will have to go back to retrieve it. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Arrived late from the airport and nothing was too much trouble. The room was smart and clean. Air con was brilliant. Breakfast was a good spread in a tidy clean room. Staff again helpful and engaging. Hotel is right on seafront. 3 mins walk to the small sandy bay. Parked on street overnight.

Bellissima esperienza in questo hotel nuovissimo in cui siamo capitati quasi casualmente. Tutta la struttura è molto curata e pulita, colazione a buffet molto abbondante e variegata, vicinissima alla spiaggia libera in cui l'hotel dispone ombrellone e lettini per i propri ospiti, il personale è risultato essere fantastico,tutti molto professionali e al tempo stesso simpatici e discreti. I proprietari molto attenti alle esigenze di tutti gli ospiti e disponibili oltre ogni aspettativa: ci hanno risolto un problema che ci avrebbe compromesso tutto il resto della vacanza!... Ci è dispiaciuto andare via!
