Would be a 5 Star review, but the air con in the room was poor, and no prior notice that the sea view rooms would be facing a VERY noisy building site first thing in the morning. The hotel itself was brilliant for a base visiting family in Velez. We were B&B and the breakfast was really good! The staff were so polite, especially the roof bar guy in the evening I wish I'd got his name! The pool was quite, which is nice if you want to relax. We tried the hotels food during the day which was also excellent quality. All round great hotel, which I wouldn't hesitate staying at again.

Really lovely hotel, on reception was greeted with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms spotlessly clean and brilliant location, a stones throw from the beach and restaurants etc. Didn't try the restaurant as we ate out, but from what I could see it looked pretty decent. We would definitely stay here again.

He reservado este hotel para 4 noches habitación vista al mar lateral buscando relax y playa. Lo que no me esperaba es que la vista mar fuera tan alejada pero el.mayor problema son las obras de construcción, pegadas al hotel, por la mañana todo tipo de ruidos te despiertan y has de cerrar la terraza que no puedes disfrutar. El hotel no informa ni en su web ni a la llegada, cobrando por supuesto toda la estancia por adelantado. La alternativa vista piscina donde ponen la música a toda potencia para la animación. Compensación ninguna.

A safe, clean hotel with the beach Promenade & shopping district just steps away. Staff here ar wonderful. It may not merit the four stars with a poor pool area, outdated rooms & evening entertainment at times in a soulless basement room. But the hotel is immaculately clean,rooms are confortable with a frdge but no tea/ coffee. Can be nois but yiu are on holiday and building work expected in this area. Showers in rooms great rainfall ones. Bathrooms are upgraded. A courteousy shower, towel, luggage room great but these shower tiles were dangerous & slippy. I will stay again. Fantastic team helped this only english speaking guest feel safe and welcome. I hope BQ group support this hotel upgrade its facilities ase team work so hard. Thanks all

Great hotel and excellent staff, who are very attentive. Hotel is very modern and an excellent breakfast choice, rooms are extremely clean and spacious, only downside is there is building works on the sea views side of the building, but this did not impact on us during our stay.

Hotel perfecto. Personal amable. Comida en buffet buena. Servicio excelente. Horarios amplios del comedor. Cerca de la playa . Muchos restaurantes cerca. Dispone de garaje para bicicletas. Nos vino perfecto para nosotros que somos ciclistas. La recepción da mucha información y te ayudan en todo.

I’m booked this hotel via their website with free cancellation. I emailed them 4 times to cancel the booking as I had to cancel trip Due to illness ! I called them as well ! Despite this they have charged me 113 pounds ! I have tried to speak to the receptionist but she hasn’t s adamant they never received emails ?? I have proof !! However, she states the electricity is down and she can’t view anything ! It’s appalling how dare they take my money !!! DONT STAY HERE

This hotel never disappoints.The staff are very professional and service is generally instant.The breakfast is fresh and has a wide choice of dishes.The hotel is kept immaculately clean as are bedrooms,Bar prices are good and service is prompt.My only criticism would be that air con in room wouldn't go very low
