potrei scrivere una recensione per parlare del cibo, dell’organizzazione o della struttura, ma sarebbe inutile perché tutto il bene che si poteva dire è già stato detto nelle altre recensioni . Quindi, in realtà, voglio solo spendere due parole sullo staff di questa struttura: ci ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nella settimana di Ferragosto, che notoriamente è la più critica, ma tutto il personale ha lavorato come un ingranaggio perfetto a partire dalla reception, dove ogni più piccola richiesta veniva soddisfatta, fino al lavoro silenzioso, ma apprezzatissimo per qualità e attenzione ai bisogni del cliente delle signore addette alla pulizia (noi abbiamo soggiornato al quinto piano sopra al piano bar). Ovviamente non si può non elogiare la bravura, l’attenzione, la disponibilità dell’animazione guidata dall’instancabile Nicolò. voglio aggiungere che una struttura del genere con una fama simile nella settimana di Ferragosto attira ogni genere di clientela talvolta anche persone poco educate , ma lo staff del Granserena ha fatto un ottimo lavoro anche nel fare in modo che persino eventuali clienti maleducati non rappresentassero un reale problema. Non amo tornare due volte in uno stesso posto, ma questa volta lo faccio molto volentieri!

Great sporting facilities and activities and staff are all amazing, excellent service and friendliness. Clean and well maintained… food is fresh and well presented and drinks and options are great if you opt for the drinks package. only gripe is no a la carte restaurant with menu choices. So unless you love buffets, I’d value an la carte with menu choices. Great beach, pool and bars. Really good value for money.

Mio padre ha prenotato una vacanza ma purtroppo è venuto a mancare…aveva dato la metà dell importo … ci dicono ci fanno un buono poi mandi una richiesta per un cambio nome ecc… noi ovviamente che ora tutto pensiamo tranne che a una vacanza e dato il dolore di una perdita improvvisa pensavamo da ingenui che ci avessero rimborsato non dico di tutto ma almeno di una parte ..invece ci fanno un buono dove dobbiamo vedere se c’è lo convertono in altro nome …ecc… come se abbiamo acquistato un paio di scarpe … si parla poi di 800 euro che sicuramente di fronte ad un certificato di morte e a una fine così tragica su poteva penso anche rimborsare

Restaurant staff, activity organisers and the entertainers were all very friendly. Food was good and chefs were willing to cook specific items for vegetarians on request. Gym, tennis courts and pools all well maintained.
I think they need more reception staff as queues at reception were sometimes long.

Di questo villaggio sono pienamente soddisfatto. La struttura molto bella e curata, il ristorante molto buono. L'animazione veramente ottima, ci hanno fatto divertire tra attività e spettacoli. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, anche quando abbiamo avuto un problema in camera, il personale della manutenzione è intervenuto immediatamente, risolvendolo. Consiglio vivamente Antonio

Prima volta in questa catena di hotel, esperienza veramente soddisfacente, tutto perfetto dalla ristorazione alla pulizia. Formula pensione completa con acqua e vino alla caraffa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
