The environment of a motel is definitely not comparable to that of a big hotel. The room is relatively clean and has a microwave in the room. The hotel does not provide free wifi, but the advantage is free parking. It's okay to stay temporarily if you have to rush on the next day. If you want to stay for several days on vacation, this hotel is not suitable.

No hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars
Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul
Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot
The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell
I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating
Especially the hallway carpet

I'm going to start with the front desk people because they are the ONLY redeeming value of an extended stay hotel. Were you hoping for dishes or shampoo in your room? Well, you actually have to ask for that. Were you hoping to have your trash taken? Well, apparently that's "North." And if you can't figure that out, they will put it back in your room if you leave it outside. Do you like water pressure of any kind? Don't stay here. Would you like a working dresser, a stove that works completed, r even all the lights in the room working?? I know the price looks good, but you are literally getting what you pay for. My stay got extended, and I a leaving this place and moving to another hotel.

I was greeted with a big smile and the checking was simple. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. When I checked out I was carrying triple the amount of bags that I could carry and Ben who was working on maintenance stopped what Ted was doing and assisted me to the lobby. He was a gentleman and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated him kindness. The check out was super easy and Vicki was flexible with my checkout being a tiny bit behind. Shawntay had a warm and genuine smile that put me in a good mood and the I can tell the staff truly care about the guests. Thank you for putting some positivity into my day! I’ll be back to stay.

Pretty easy interactions with reception, and we feel we got exactly what we expected. Quiet, safe hallways, good location to get in and out. We also were able to switch out towels and linen easily. No silverware or cups/plates, but they were available at the front desk.

Had to wait a couple of minutes for the front desk to attend to me because the ladies were busy talking amongst themselves. The room I got was funky and had a bitter disgusting scent. Toilet was dirty and seemed outdated. They don't provide shampoo either. Breakfast was a cheap coffee and biscuits. In total seems the hotel was mismanaged. Wouldn't recommend this place. I booked a better hotel near this one (marriot) which was just a few dollars more.

The Manager Marquise Johnson & Assistant Manager Shawntae we're extremely professional and kind their hospitality made us feel right at home. They went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable very accommodating.

Great hotel!!! Staff is extremely helpful and kind (especially Jessica and Shantay!!). I stay here every time I am in LA!!! Great parking and great rooms with full kitchens…. Love this place and it’s staff…
