Our stay in the deluxe safari cabin was amazing!! Situated right on the garden bed where turtles, ducks and fish swim up to be fed. The cabin itself is perfect for a family of 4 and is very clean. The park boasts two pools, playground and jumping inflatable. You can also hire bikes or pedal carts for cheap. Close proximity to the esplanade and specialty shops, I highly recommend our stay and we will be back.

We really loved our stay at Discovery Hervey Bay. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and as we were arriving in the evening, we really appreciated that the heating was already on. The park is very well kept and all guests seemed very happy with the facilities. There are also some safari tents if you like glamping! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic area with lots of trees and plants and very well laid out. We stayed in a safari tent, and it was amazing. Great amenities, very spacious and totally clean. Terrific spot to sit outside on the terrace next to the lake. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in one of the safari tents for 3 nights with our two children and had a wonderful time! The park has fabulous amenities for the kids including playground, jumping pillows, pools and my kids personal favourite the pond with the ducks and turtles! The safari tent was beautiful. We had the best time. Thank you!

This park is our favourite of favourites. Beautifully presented park. The amenities are very clean and the gardens are pristinely kept. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. We will always stay there when we visit Hervey Bay.

We stayed in a cabin for 4 nights in total. The room was in a great location, very tidy and quiet after about 830pm. The kids never ran out of things to do and see. From duck feeding, swimming pools, jumping pillow, kids games room and a movie at night. My suggestion to parents is definitely pack the scooters and walky talkies. Walking distance to the beach and cafes. My family and the other 2 families we travelled with are talking about making it an annual trip.

I am a returning visitor and I will keep returning! Excellent! A quiet, clean, well-maintained park in an excellent location for walking to beach and shops. The staff are great and the amenities are top notch.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for all the help that was provided to us during our stay at this caravan park. Not only was the park clean and tidy, but the staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly when I needed some important papers printed and emailed. They went above and beyond in any way they could, and are the reason we will continue booking Discovery G'day holiday parks on our future trips.

Booked a week in a Safari tent at this park, not knowing what to expect. Really surprising, and loved it. Spacious, clean plenty of storage. Large fridge, table chairs, sofas. The building has thick canvas sides, with zipper windows. Bathroom was solid walls and very spacious too. Our tent was alongside of the pond, with ducks and turtles swimming around, very cute. Airconditioned, and the cupbaord to section off the room, was very good. For a while couldn't find the TV!!!! Because of the canvas walls, possibly a little more conscious of people outside, noisy cars etc. Lovely pool, laundry very good. Park in a good position, would come back again. Our parking space was a way away from the entrance to our tent, but possible to park car closer to pack & unpack car. Most cabin sites seem to have parking alongside, this would be a great improvemnt to cabin we had.
