Okay. Understand that this is a family friendly location in regional Australia? It is never going to be five star by world standards, but as far as cleanliness and presentation for the region it was excellent. With regards to the beach, the location was excellent. With regards to cafes and takeaway food places the location is so so. With regards to room amenities, my only gripe is I don’t like liquid soap so I had to go to the supermarket and buy some real soap. Everything else about the room was more than acceptable. We will definitely be staying here again.
The big winner here is the staff. The staff service was nothing short of excellent. You have really won my praise on this. We thank you so much.
We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

The location was great, staff were friendly and the restaurant was awesome.
The room itself is in need of refurbishment and noisy. However for the price, it was value for money.

The property is across the street from the beach! Rooms were nice, clean except for some ants that we had to spray to keep them away. The fridge and hot water were nice for tea and coffee. I would have liked to see a toaster in the room . Staff were very helpful for any enquiries!
