A very clean comfortable modern looking upstairs unit with a balcony for outdoor dining etc.We stored our bikes on the balcony for security so a bonus .Reasonably priced for the location and quality of the unit ..Close to the Esplanade/Beach and all that is on offer..
We would definitely return to stay at some stage ..Access to the upstairs units is via stairs ..My wife and I would have preferred to have been made aware of the evacuation procedures given that it was an upstairs area and from what I could establish only exits were two stairways either end of the block and it's potentially a long way to either exit if there was an evacuation ..But I stand corrected if that isn't the case .Parking for a vehicle per unit is great ..

The apartment we stayed in for the week had most things we needed to be comfortable. Things were aging, but still working fine. The internet was a pain as it was so slow. The shower (always important) was good. The apartment was for 4 persons, but the kitchen lacked some things such as breakfast bowls, so luckily we didn't need 4 of everything. The laundry was dated, but worked. The neighbours were friendly and quiet, and location was ideally situated close to everything. The reason we enjoyed our stay was the Manager, Gary. The best Manager I've ever dealt with on a holiday, and none of the shortcomings mattered, really. It was a nice, comfortable, quiet stay, which we really needed that week.

Good pool. Good bathroom. Other than that unit was dirty, everything was sticky and bugs everywhere inside, Old and dated with rusted fridge, everything way past it's used by date. Also a long way from dining options.

It was very clean, Bed not comfortable & awful pillows. No front window blinds and outlook both front & back awful.

Didnt like the
The stay was alright. But kitchen intensials was dirty. Once the toiletpaper, laundry liquid, washing up detergent was empty. You HAVE to buy your own. The lady was at our door telling us fo departure right on 10.00am and i DIDNT see her do it anyone else on there stay.

Short break at Torquay beach.
The Apartment was adequate but tired and in need of updating. Some spots hadn't been cleaned properly eg cobwebs round the window in the bathroom and door bottoms. We had to kill roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. This was compensated for by the warm welcome, the great location and the especially helpful manager.
