Do Not Book at LakeviewX 1. Before booking, they advertised the room as suitable for 3 people. However, after the booking was completed, they informed me that only the sleeping area would be private, and all other spaces had to be shared. 2. The deposit is $500, which is excessively high. 3. The check-in process is extremely complicated. When I approached the LakeviewX counter for assistance, the staff refused to help, saying, “This is not a hotel, so we cannot assist you.” • I ended up waiting 4 hours just to check in. • To complete the check-in process, you must contact them through a link provided in an email sent by LakeviewX, as there is no on-site support. 4. They did not disclose in advance that the room would be shared with strangers. • When I tried to contact them about the check-in issues, there was a delay in their responses. • I eventually called to request a cancellation and refund. One staff member promised to process the cancellation and stated that the refund would take up to 2 days. • However, later I received a message saying that the manager’s approval was required and that a 100% refund could not be guaranteed. • I had to keep following up because they ignored my responses multiple times. Conclusion The service is terrible, communication is unreliable, and the process is incredibly frustrating. Avoid booking at LakeviewX at all costs. + They read my message 1day without response.^^ And it said no we are not ignored you ~ . Their customer service is the worst.
