Colazione povera siamo arrivati in sala all 9.30 cornetti finiti e non riforniti acqua liscia finita e non rifornita insomma se arrivavano un po’ dopo neanche colazione avremmo fatto ci siamo accontentati dei dolci rimasti

A 60 giorni dalla data delle nozze, in vista degli assaggi per scegliere il menu, ci telefonano per comunicarci che la struttura chiuderà a breve e che quindi l'evento salta. Ci hanno mandati nel caos più totale, con le partecipazioni da modificare all'ultimo secondo e senza ristorante. Per colpa loro, visto il pochissimo preavviso , stavamo rischiando di dover rimandare tutto, pur avendo già dato caparre ai vari fornitori e comprato gli abiti. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A TUTTI, serietà e professionalità inesistenti.

Fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape and the great wine you can find nearby. I loved the staff, the swimming pool, and the breakfast. The area around the Hotel is very nice, though if you want to spend time visiting landmarks you are going to need a car. The gym/fitness centre is very small and it could be seriously improved.

Cominciamo col dire che il servizio offerto da questo hotel non è assolutamente all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Da un 5 stelle mi aspetto quasi la perfezione e invece ho trovato una gestione da Agriturismo . Nel dettaglio : siamo stati accolti da una persona che da sola gestiva tutti gli arrivi di un hotel con 52 stanze , frigobar rotto, tv inizialmente rotta e poi aggiustata, in mattinata mancanza di acqua calda , cena scarsa e prezzo elevato, spa vecchia e personale sgarbato , buffet della colazione disordinato e carente. Abbiamo pagato 260€ a notte e ci hanno collocato in un ‘ala moderna raggiungibile dalla reception con una “passeggiata” di 2/3 minuti. Pensavo di aver prenotato in un palazzo del Seicento e invece mi sono ritrovata nella periferia del paese. Mai più

Io e mia moglie che in anni passati siamo stati con grande piacere ospiti di questa struttura abbiamo organizzato con altre tre copie il primo weekend di Novembre. Le camere erano trascurate e avevano un forte odore di fogna. Nel bagno non c'era l'acqua calda. Il servizio inesistente. Il ristorante nel quale abbiamo cenato una sola volta al prezzo di 70 Euro senza bevande ci ha costretti ad un unico menu' tra l'altro di qualità scarsa con prodotti curati male. Il servizio al ristorante di bassissimo livello. Desidero ricordare che questa è una struttura a 5 stelle. Dopo tante nostre rimostranze e reclami la direzione ci ha concesso uno sconto. Lo sconto non era il nostro obiettivo ma avremmo preferito trascorrere tre giorni in un locale piacevole all'altezza delle stelle che non meritano più. Ricordo inoltre che la Spa è una vasca idro e poco più alla quale possono accedere solo 6 clienti per volta visto lo spazio così angusto. E si chiama Resort & Spa. Ma quale Spa??Da dimenticare. Mi sorprende che la famiglia Lungarotti abbia abbandonato in questo modo questa bella location che ha creato in tanti anni e in così poco tempo l'ha abbandonata.

Son tornata -dopo qualche anno- a Torgiano ed ho dormito -di nuovo- in questa bella, bellissima struttura, che mi ha accolto -ancora una volta- con il garbo e l'eleganza che ricordavo. Non è solo una bella dimora, è anche atmosfera, confort per il corpo e conforto per lo spirito. Tutti molto gentili, gli ambienti curati e puliti, il personale attento e professionale. Da tornarci....sicuro!

Great place, very friendly staff, very good maintenance, the rooms are spacious and well maintained and equipped.very recommended for trips in Umbria. We traveled each day to a different location and was close to most of attractions of Umbria

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa location ed è stata un’esperienza molto positiva. Oltre alla struttura molto grande e ben tenuta la camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto grande così come il bagno dotato di vasca idromassaggio. Piscina immersa in un parco di ulivi necessiterebbe di un po’ di manutenzione così come i lettini praticamente tutti sfondati. Ottima e abbondante colazione la cui sala però dovrebbe essere un po’ più grande. Gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Esperienza molto piacevole.
