Trotz bestätigter Buchung wurde uns der Aufenthalt verweigert - sehr unfreundlicher Umgang. Das Frühstück wurde uns erst ab 09:00 Uhr angeboten, da „dann alle anderen auch frühstücken“. Da wir am nächsten Tag früh los mussten, haben wir um eine frühere Zeit gebeten - ein Hotelfrühstück ab 07:30 oder 08:00 Uhr ist ja sehr üblich. Die Antwort darauf: „Frühestens 08:30 Uhr oder es gibt kein Frühstück.“ Darauf entgegnete ich, dass wir dann wohl kein Frühstück nehmen, aber sich das in unserer Bewertung widerspiegeln würde. Als Reaktion darauf wurden wir kurzerhand aufgefordert, das Hotel zu verlassen und uns mit Anwälten gedroht. So unfreundlich und unmöglich wurden wir noch nie behandelt. Schon von Anfang an wurden wir missmutig empfangen, als ob unser Besuch eine Qual darstellen würde. Schlechter Umgang, schlechter Service - nicht zu empfehlen.

We arrived to find the bedroom made up with clean towels but the bathroom absolutely filthy with hairs all over the sink. We raised this the next day with the owner at breakfast and was assured it would be put right. We were out on long days so didn't get a chance to check it out until late. We arrived back to find that it still had not in fact been cleaned. The next day at breakfast we raised it again with the owner and the bathroom wasn't cleaned - we were told to put towels on the floor and it would definitely be cleaned - we arrived back to find out it exactly the same - only now we couldn't even shower because the towels had been in a damp heap all day. The next day we had more time so raised it again (this time we think the person available was the owner's mum) and had to more or less insist they did it. The woman this time was a little more shirty, did quite a lot of huffing and eye rolling and made us leave the hotel whilst it was cleaned - pointing at the door and making it clear we had to go out of the hotel altogether whilst it was cleaned! We had planned to go out but were just sitting in reception briefly and got told to leave! The owner however was very nice, breakfast was nice and had clearly done her best to accommodate dietary requirements. Her mother was very much less nice. Apparently they have a big problem with getting staff which resulted in this problem. With that in mind, as nice as the owner was (I'm not sure anyone could be nice enough to make up for the mum) I would say avoid this hotel. Those problems aside, there is no bar in the hotel and literally consists of bedrooms, a breakfast room and a very small reception. We also had problems with the reception only being manned for 3 hours a day and any arrivals out of this time not being able to access the hotel. The whole experience was a bit bizarre to be honest and rather like a German Fawlty Towers hotel.

Hotel front desk lady was unreasonably rude and unhelpful. A group of us booked at this hotel for one night. Hotel kept front doors locked until 3pm. Once open, requests for help signing on to very slow internet, request for an extra pillow, requests for a floor fan (rooms have no a/c) were all refused. Shower water was never above lukewarm. This woman’s rude behavior is not acceptable. All requests were reasonable and guests were polite.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Torgau. Im Hotel wird man herzlich empfangen und Check in erfolgt wie gewohnt. Das Hotel verfügt über KEIN Restaurant aber verwöhnendes Frühstück. Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionieren! Wenn sie Wahl haben buchen sie ein Zimmer hinten raus….

The staff was unreachable after hours and there was no way to get into my room when I came back from dinner. Instead of helping me, the staff called the police to deal with me !?!?!?! What kind of service is that? The police escorted me to my room and was very confused to see that I was a guest
