MDisgraceful! We had stayed here before when it was still Selectum Doora, and everything had been great. So we decided to give it another chance after the name changed to The Norm Collection Doora. We shouldn’t have. I experienced things I’ve never had to deal with in my life. The service is awful, the hygiene is worse. Dirty towels, glasses, plates... The shower was clogged for three days and only got fixed after we complained several times to housekeeping. The beach chairs were so filthy that my spouse had an allergic reaction on her arms and legs. We filed a complaint, and while we were still at the beach, one of the managers supposedly tried to contact us twice via WhatsApp — we called back but no one answered, and after that there was total silence. So many things need to change, but first of all, most of the staff should be replaced. No motivation, no respect, no proper service. Everything that shouldn’t happen, happened. There’s so much more to say... but frankly, you're not worth the time.

We are currently staying at the Norm 8th to 18th so paid a significant amount to stay at a 5* resort. Unfortunately I didn’t acknowledge all the “great” reviews were not from English travellers. If you are English I would recommend booking somewhere else, we have not felt welcome at all. The resort is full of Turkish residents or Russian we are the only family from England. Nobody understands basic English or speaks it so getting anything you need is impossible. If you don’t drink cows milk there is no understanding of any other milk options so no coffee available. Not to mention the lifetime you have to wait simply to be asked if you want a drink. No adults are allowed in the kids water park which is set back from the main pool so in order to supervise your child you have to suffer the heat sat beside the pool. The cocktail menus don’t exist only on a QR code and then they still don’t load, no bartender can communicate so you end up with something you don’t want and half the glass is pure alcohol. The room is a superior bungalow but unfortunately not superior. It was booked for 2 adults and a child and we arrived at 9:30pm the child’s bed wasn’t made and only enough amenities for 2 people. There is absolutely no food options for children. Good luck getting a table in the main Buffett it seems they don’t have enough tables for the number of guests staying. The entertainment does not exist it’s simply live music every night of the week. We have travelled extensively and to not have shows or entertainment each night is unusual. The kids disco? Well that’s non existent too just the kids gathered in the entrance way of the kids club centre In a circle with adults having to stand on the side to supervise. Aesthetically I think is the only reason this place is 5*. To spend 10 nights here feels like we have completely wasted our family holiday. We have been left to deal with ourselves, stared at and made to feel fully unwelcome and I can only put it down to us being the only English people here.

The hotel made our trip just even more exciting within convenience in everything. The F&b development contains professionals only: the beverages and cocktails were always on the high level and made with a true professionalism. Want to thank Kubilay Dogan for his high performance and his involvement in making guests' stays even more unforgettable and pleasant. Very talented bartender Best martini in my life

Loved the place, everything was perfect the service was exceptional hotel with beautiful landscaping. Very impressed with the hotel manager he was very helpful, overall we had a lovely experience with the guest relation officer Ruzgar. Food was really nice and the rooms, so far very impressive will certainly return again.

A typical 4-star hotel, unfortunately heavily focused on Russian tourists – both the staff and the evening entertainment are exclusively in Russian. Other guests may feel completely overlooked. The service was generally poor – at the beach restaurant, we waited over 15 minutes before a waiter even approached us. Thankfully, one person stood out: Burçin, a lovely waitress – very friendly, helpful, polite, and genuinely caring. She was the only one who truly looked after the guests and made a positive impression. Rooms were clean and tidied daily – no complaints here. However, the food was repetitive and quickly became boring, with very little variety. Evening entertainment was limited to loud music, a DJ, and alcohol flowing in streams – quite low-effort and lacking in creativity. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and turned out to be one of the weakest we’ve ever stayed at.
