They were very nice guests. They provided whatever we wanted. The facility is very beautiful. There was construction. It was disturbing.

Excellent
Amazing stay as usual as this is my second time. However, need to mention some comments which may contribute on enhancement such as ; more focusing on room services, better response for clients requests which require many calls to achieve, receptionist and guest service should have more value on present the new hotels facilities and share more information, water parks need more readiness (several slides closed many times), showers are not good either in beach areas or water parks areas and require more focusing from maintenance team

Otelden çok memnun kaldım, iki küçük bebekle otelin hakkını veremediğimizi bile düşünüyorum o kadar iyiydi. Gözlemlediğim tek eksik WC’lerde havlu-kıyafet-çanta askısı yok.

Dyrt, dålig service men fina faciliteter
Hotellbyggnaderna är ok, men undersbemmad och ständigt kaos. Rumservice går inte att nå i 8 fall av 10. Stranden är liten men ok skick. Maten är under all kritik i jämförelse med det pris som det kostar (väldigt höga priser).
Personalen gör sitt bästa med ledningen lyser med sin frånvaro och ledning och mandat saknas helt från personalen.
Min fru och mina två barn är laktosintoleranta och inga specifikationer på maten finns och man tvingas at fråga den ena ovetande personalen än den andra. Vi skulle träffa en ”Dietist” men det kom ingen. Barnen kunde äta glass eller erterrätter under hela vår 8 dagar långa vistelse.
Detta hotell bör ni undvika.
Rummen är (connection) är stora, moderna och fräscha. Minibaren ska fyllas i varje dag men så var det inte för oss eller ngn vi pratade med.

I visited the property during the peak summer season, it felt like they were a little understaffed. It took an hour to to get towels after calling for them three times and the rooms were dated. They offered buggy services to get around but there was always a huge line to get one.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле для организации тенниса, и нам очень понравилось. Персонал был вежливым. Каждый день они организовывали гольф-кар для теннисиста. Расположение отеля потрясающее. Нам очень понравилось. Еда хорошая. Номера большие и чистые. Иногда мы ездили в центр Бодрума, чтобы осмотреть достопримечательности.

Очень большие и красивые номера, вкусное и разнообразное питание. Большая и мягкая кровать, удобные подушки. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, в номере всегда и чисто и убрано. Очень красивая территория, пляж, бассейны и прекрасные виды на море.
