Bizim bu otele gelişimiz ilk değil 4. Kez geliyoruz ve geldiğimiz daha önceki hizmeti ve kaliteyi ne yazık ki görmedik. Odamız güzel personeller güler yüzlü ama personel bulabilirsen tabikiii. Ama personelde hata kesinlikle yok tamamen otel yönetiminin personel eksikliğinden kaynaklanıyor . Otel sanırım ful doluluk oranında ama ne yazık ki nerdeyse her personele 60-70 müşteri düşüyor ve doğal olarak yetişemiyorlar . Yetişmek için çaba sarf ediyor her seferinde samimiyetle kusura bakmayın deniliyor ama yetişilemiyor . Yemek kalitesi eskisi gibi değil . Aqua çok büyük çok güzel yenilikler eklenmiş ama kesinlikle otelin kendi müşterisine ait bir bölüm olmalı çünkü dışarıdan gelen günübirlik müşteriler le birlikte çok curcuna oluyor . Küçük oğlum ile Aqua ya binmek istedik ama botlarla binmek en aşağı 60 kilo ağırlığında olması gerektiğinden iki kişi binmemiz lazım ama binmek için çift kişilik bot bulamıyoruz. Odaya ilk geldiğimiz gün girişimiz 14:30 olmasına rağmen 16:00 da giriş yaptık oda tartışarak yani bizi bu sefer vogue hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bu şartlarla bir daha gelirmiyim hiç bilmiyorum . Puan yüksekliğini de gerçekten olan personelin çabasına verdim .

We had high expectations for this hotel given the price range, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were far below standard. Staff members appeared unmotivated and lacked any sense of friendliness or professionalism. Their attitudes made the environment feel cold and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer a 5-star experience. One particularly frustrating incident was the children’s concert that was scheduled for 19:00. We waited for more than three hours, and by 22:30, there was still no sign of the event beginning. The children were visibly upset, tired, and disappointed. It completely ruined our evening and reflects extremely poor organization and disregard for families. The overall vibe was disorganized, the staff were inattentive, and the service quality did not align with what one should expect from a high-end hotel. I do not recommend staying here and will definitely not return in the future.

2 aile ve toplamda 7 kişi geldiğimiz bu otelde yürümekten avrasya maratonu hazırlıklarını tamamlamaktan büyük keyif duyduk😂otel konaklamanın ikinci gününde ayağı incinen çocuk için odaya kadar araç bile temin etmedi. 3 gün boyunca bayağı bir kardiyo egzersiz yaptık sakat bile olsak…. Neymiş yönetimin kesin talimatı var. Ya sosyal alanda çalışmayan klimalar ne olacak….. levrek fleto pişiren personele eline sağlık dedim adam duvar gibi tepkisiz …. İçkiler berbat … sosyal alanlarda garsonluk yapan arkadaşlara ve emekçilere sonsuz teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum fakat son derece yetersiz adamlar masamı toplayacak içecek servisi mi verecek servis mi açacak ne yapacaklarını şaşırmış durumda olduğum şeyler tamamıyla samimi bir şekilde otelin kalitesini arttırmak amaçlı yapmış olduğum bir serzeniş aslında. Fakat malumunuz mevcut Türkiye ekonomisinde kazandığımız paranın zor şartlarda olduğunu fakat karşılığında hakkını alamamak da insanı gerçekten uzuyor Aquapark alanında almış olduğumuz içecekleri asla yok Aquapark alanında kesinlikle yer bulamazsınız ben mecbur muyum sabah erkenden kalkıp yer kapmaya yeter neyse son derece oteli tavsiye etmiyorum. İçki mi almak istiyorsunuz gerek yok sizi bulan personel yok siz yalvarıp istemelisiniz birtane kıvırcık saçlı barmen adını bilmediğim kişi gözümün önünde sahaker dan içkinin tadına baktı ve buz dolu hazneye attı. Ne diyeyim ders mi vereyim ardından ellerini buzla yıkayıp bir diğer müşteriye servis etti. Anlatmakla bitmez. Ama yemek alanında atanıştığımız aynur hanımın ve sahilde bizimle ilgilenen gizem hanımın destekleri için de teşekkür ederiz.

I stayed at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum with my family in late July 2025 for a short holiday, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations—especially considering the high room rates. Despite the extremely hot and humid weather, the air conditioning in our room, the grand lobby, and the dining areas was not functioning properly. This made it very uncomfortable throughout our stay, to the point where we even lost our appetite during meals. Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of service and hospitality. I expected much better from a hotel in this price range. I do not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
