This is by FAR THE COOOOOOOLEST POOL I'VE EVER SEEN !!! Except if I'm in Vegas....but even then it kicks the butt out of all Vegas pools but a few !!! Very clean, they have a bar with happy hour & 2 free drink tickets & the BEST BREAKFAST EVER !!! Someone actually serves you breakfast !!! Same price as everywhere else if not cheaper !!! 5 STARS BIG TIME !!!

We chose this hotel based on great reviews about cleanliness and amenities sadly, this is not the experience we had. We rented 2 rooms and both were dirty and one room was uninhabitable due to the temperature. We checked in at 6:50pm hoping to shower, eat and sleep after driving 10 hours but this wasn’t what happened. One of our rooms was about 85-90° when arrived. We turned down the AC and spoke to the front desk. About 45 minutes later when the room temp hadn’t improved we went back down to the front desk. We were told that there were no other available rooms and the manager was called and she told the front desk person to call maintenance. Maintenance was called multiple times before they arrived to fix the ac unit. The room was cool enough to enter at almost 10pm. Because we avoided being in the room while it was hot, we then realized that the sheets had food residue on them and hadn’t been changed. It appeared that someone just pulled the blankets back up over dirty sheets. We went back down to the front desk and were given sheets to change it ourselves. No offer to change them for us or apology that we needed to change the sheets ourselves. Our other room was also not cleaned. When we arrived the trash can was filled with alcohol bottles, there were someone else’s shoes under the bed and assorted used silverware with old food still on it. (We have pictures to confirm) We were told that the manager would be available in the morning at 6am but when we left at 8am she hadn’t arrived. I was also disappointed that multiple ice machines were broken, exit doors didn’t work, and the pool was dirty. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration enough. It’s been 3 days since I checked out and have called to speak to the manager multiple times and have left a voicemail, all with zero response back. Corporate has also not responded.

For the price, it was very nice. Had a ground floor room for disabled. Was surprised that the entry door nearest our room was not accessible in that there was a curb at end of walk to the door. (In my case, I am mobile.) Decent decor & cleanliness. A few things seem a bit aged. King size bed was great, tho! Desk clerk VERY nice & friendly.

This place has a lot of potential. The common areas - lobby, breakfast area, courtyard are very nice & classy. However, when you get to the area of the building where the sleeping rooms are, everything changes. Our room looked nothing like the pictures on the app. It was dingy brown and gold, no artwork on the walls or anything from the last couple decades (old lamps, chairs). The outlet was hanging out of the wall. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed and only came about 1/2 way down on the mattress. The room hasn't had a good cleaning for a long time as along with baseboards there was lots of dust, lint and crud. There was some type of blue shampoo or soap on the wall of the shower. There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door, but there was velcro covering the holes where the hook had been. It would have been nice to see the hot food that was served for breakfast. But instead we were served by a man in a sloppy oversized sweatshirt, shorts & tennis shoes - with a tip jar on the counter. Every classy feature of this hotel is outdone by all the tacky things that stand out from the sleeping room and breakfast situation. Definitely not worth the $100/night it cost us.

Beverly the bartender is what brings me back every time. She is kind, and treats you like family. She is there Monday - Saturday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm for the courtesy happy hour at the hotel lobby. You go once, you’ll always come back to see her.

Three of us had a 3pm check in. Long day of driving and ready to get cleaned up and rest. We arrived at 2:30 and couldn’t check early which is ok , we took a seat in the lobby and waited. We were told that housekeeping was running late because they were busy. That’s not my problem. We were told to check with the front desk to see if the room was ready and it was finally ready at 3:25. We walked to the room and opened the door and they still had a sanitation fogger going . The room was filled with mist and it stunk. I had to hunt down a housekeeper that spoke English to come to the room and get rid of it. We had to open the window and the door to let it air out for half an hour. One of us stayed to watch our things outside the room while two of us left to get something to eat. It was a horrible experience that was compounded by the fact that we were exhausted. If there was a bright spot it was that the girls at the front desk were friendly. I guess that’s something. However I’ll never stay here or at any endeavor, by Wyndom(?), again.
