This location is NOT it. We have stayed at multiple Comfort Suites and I didn’t bother reading reviews because we’ve never had a bad experience. Rookie mistake. The hallways smell like a urinal. The heat doesn’t help. The carpet is frayed and stained in every area it’s in (the lobby, the hallways..) Somehow, by the grace of God, the room doesn't smell. The carpets, though, are the same as the rest of the place. I took my shoes off and immediately put them back on because it feels so dirty. The furniture is disgusting. Stained, multiple burn holes, faded, and worn out. Definitely not using those. The AC unit is so close to the bed that the air doesn’t really circulate very well so the room feels muggy. The steam from the shower made it feel even muggier in the entire room. We ended up deciding to stay because, while it’s filthy, it’s late and there are no bugs, noise, or (visible) stains on the bed, and it’s actually pretty comfortable. My husband came inside to check in and said the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful!

I’m traveling with my family from Colorado to Maryland and after a long day of driving I was assisted by Edna with booking our room and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms was fresh and without any problems.

Property is very run down on the inside. The sofas and carpets all need a deep cleaning or replacing. Staff was great!

Receptionist was direct, to us a little rude, was not her intent. Hotel needed repairs, attempts were made in bathroom by heavy, poor caulking. Pool was closed, like every Indian family run Choice hotel we have stayed in, the pools are typically locked with a padlock, no apparent attempt to repair them. A shame these hotels are being left to deteriorate. We will stay at non Choice hotels.

Glad we only had to stay one night
Shower heads and controls, were broken. Cofee maker broken, had to unplug refrigerator due to clanking noise. Brafast was marginal, food was cold, nothing fresh
