Front desk staff, Taylor and Kimberly were awesome and the housekeeping staff wonderful! However, I was traveling for business, the front desk staff confirmed the credit card authorization from my company, but still required my personal card for the $25 incidentals. I was there from June 7th - 27th and they charged the entire stay to my personal card. I contacted and spoke with Taylor who left a message for the manager to return my call - that was 4 days ago and nothing. Tried calling again today and the number keeps hanging up on me. Not happy and if this is how they handle situations like this, without the courtesy of trying to resolve the issue, shows a total lack of any customer service.

Won’t stay here again. The room was not cleaned properly, the bed was not comfortable, and the curtains were broken so that I had to clip them shut with hangers. A lot of noise throughout the night.

The hotel parking lot is somewhat difficult to get in and out of. I had lost my cellphone, so I requested a 7:30 a.m. wake up call. I received a wake-up call at 6:30 a.m. The desk clerk apologized, but offered no compensation, not even a bottle of water. The hotel had no amenities and construction was being done on the 4th floor. I was put in a room on the 3rd floor. The room was average. The TV had limited selection. Overall, this motel was a disappointment.

I wish I got the managers name but she was amazing. I did two bookings to stay for my mother’s funeral. I was not thinking clearly and did two separate bookings. I booked a double bed the first night and single the second night. So I didn’t have to worry about checking out and checking back in around my mother’s funeral the manager made sure we could stay in the same room all weekend. I really appreciate her making a hard time easier.
