Great hotel and great food.
I stay at the Exchange Hotel over the Christmas period for about a week each year. It is great accomodation, fuss free and I always look forward to staying there.

Clean
This place is comfortable and clean and staff friendly and easy to deal with.
However the room was not air-conditioned and with temps in the high 20deg, overnight was stifling.

Nice character country hotel. Very convenient for Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Good reasonably priced meals and good selection of beers. Common area kitchen had a selection of breakfast cereals available.
Drafty bathroom in our en-suite room might be nice in summer but definitely not in winter when we were there.

The room we had was a good size with a private bathroom. Kettle, microwave and fridge in room as well as access to a shared kitchen. Well priced for our budget. Nice old country pub atmosphere.
