The motel had a lot of positives. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, lovely desert views, elevator, and delicious breakfast with lots of great choices and tables to choose from.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean with standard amenities and the bed was very comfortable. It is situated next to a busy highway with truck traffic. This time I had a room on the street side but noise seemed to be minimal. Included breakfast had the normal fare.

05-15-2025 . . . We have not traveled there yet as this was a trip to visit our niece, living in ID. Anyway, we booked a visit at this hotel, staying for one night - June 6th, 2025 through AAA. Unfortunately, my wife has become ill and needs a medical procedure for June 16th. Though I was informed that this booking was non-refundable, I called them directly to explain that we would be traveling at some time in the future and requested that they honor a date change, as an exception because of my wife’s medical emergency. They informed me that they could not make any exception but that AAA might be able to help do something. So, I called our AAA representative and explained our situation. She promised to do what she could to make a date change. Vanessa called this hotel and spoke with upper management. They have refused even a date change - no exception could be made. I wonder what Comfort Inn Corporate will say. I do intend to write to them. I wonder if anyone involved at the hotel or corporate has a wife who just fell ill and needs someone to understand. Over priced room rate for the service provided.
The room was clean, but for the nightly price I expected housekeeping to make the bed and bring fresh towels every day. Didn't happen.
