酒店是中央空調，房間挨着空調外機，特別特別特別吵，為什麼和別人花一樣的錢，卻要住環境比別人差的房間，這個房的環境是無法改變的，為什麼不能讓住這間房的客人稍微優惠一點，別人心裏面多少平衡一些

14號晚10點多到的酒店，前台説這麼晚來不讓住了，我還問她憑啥子不讓住，她説我就是這樣説而已。後面前台一直讓我等待，沒有任何的語言，我在大廳等了十多分鐘，我生氣了，我問前台要讓我等多久，她才告訴我，我的房間給別人住了，然後在給我協商。最後把裏面的人叫了出來，給我換了床單被套，讓我進去住，後面，我住進去，我才發現給了我單間，我訂的豪華房，這之前，前台是沒有告訴我的，我去找她，她才説，當時沒房，不知道平台有訂單了，就把我的房給別人住，我真的笑死了，我也是第一次遇到這種情況，體驗感極其差，有圖有真相。撥打了12315進行投訴，還在受理中，請老闆聯繫我怎麼解決問題

麻煩請告訴你們的前台，不要每次來了都讓線下訂，又不能少價格仍然原價。網上訂購還有優惠和保障一點，不線下訂購態度還不好還消極待客服務態度極差不熱情言語還充滿了敵意。顧客是來消費的，不是來看臉色的，請改善謝謝！

很不滿意，哪個房間很差，一進去就一種很劣質房間的感覺，我都忍了 想到考試算了，結果廁所也不乾淨，更重要的是房間裏面還有門，我一打開那個門裡麪還有通道，關鍵是哪個門關不上，去找前台要求換房間，前台説哪個很安全沒人會進去，那是酒店空調什麼的地方，超級黑 超級大，就是有人藏在裏面你都不知道那種，我強烈要求換房間她説沒房間，讓後面來住店的人和我換，人家看了房間都不願意入住，所以大家可以想想有多不安全，我一個女生在外 最重要的難道不是安全嗎，前台態度又不好，一直問我哪裡不安全 房中房 還關不上門，你告訴我哪兒安全，像這種房間就不應該拿出來給客人住。不要覺得我一個小女生好欺負，我也是維護我自己的權益
