This hotel is superior with excellent service, room size, location, ambiance, and decor. Wuzhen west gate is such an enjoyable place.

Booked two rooms at Waterside Resort for family of four. We had enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staffs are all helpful and friendly. Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around. Highly recommend Waterside Resort - the hotel with most rooms available within Wuzhen resort. 👍🏼

Very comfortable the room and the breakfast is delicious and it was only costs 20 rmb. The staff is very friendly. Only the toilet and the bathroom we concern about, only covered with a curtain (low Privacy)

Wuzhen Gate No. 2 is a bit LOW. You can see the entrance when you open the window. If you are over 70 years old, remember to turn right and go to the service hall to make an appointment to exchange for free tickets. Although it is not the peak season now, there are many people in the scenic area. It is very convenient to enter and exit here. The hotel is cost-effective and the service is very good. There are discounts for eating and buying water. I ate breakfast and dinner. The steamed dumplings, fried dough sticks and soy milk for breakfast are delicious. The three-fresh soup for dinner is good. My father fell in love with Tongxiang chili sauce, which is salty and fresh and super delicious. The room is very clean, with wooden floors. The projector is very good at night. It would be better if you can watch TV live. The software used always plays ads, a little complaint. There are many accommodations in the scenic area, but the experience is average. I am glad that I didn’t live in it. I am afraid that it will be creepy to live in a remote corner at night. Haha, there are many Koreans. Wuzhen’s reputation is promoted vigorously, but there are still not many cultural and creative things inside. I didn’t have a deep impression. Just experience the night view of the water town. I have been to Wuzhen, that’s all😄

The hotel (Wangjinli) is one of the furthest in from the XiZha entrance, near the Pagoda. This gives a little more privacy, where less public walking around the hotel vicinity. Shuttle service is included, so it’s easy to move around if you do not want to walk so much. Room is wide and clean. Bed is a bit dated, but it’s clean. Our room had a good view, enjoyed our stay. Would come again!

We booked 2 rooms for two nights. Receptionist 纪丹阳 was very helpful and upgraded riverside rooms for us. We had a very good quality buffet breakfast.The location was very good as the rooms are inside the scenic area so we enjoyed taking photos in the morning and at night before 10 pm without crowd in the scenic area.I recommend to stay in this hotel at least one night in this scenic area to enjoy day and night experience.我们订了两间房，住两晚。前台接待员季丹阳非常乐于助人，还给我们升级了河边房。我们享用了非常优质的自助早餐。位置非常好，因为房间就在景区内，所以我们早上和晚上 10 点之前都可以拍照，景区内没有拥挤的人流。我建议在这个景区至少在这家酒店住一晚，享受白天和夜晚的体验。

Can eat breakfast at ground floor and paid immediate, if no breakfast include in your stay. No lift, but owner will help you carry luggage to upstair and take from upstair to downstairs when you left. If you need to travel to any location, can tell owner, they will arrange the taxi for you. They also will remind you don’t take any three wheeler on street to Nan Zha, if need they will arrange transport for you (with paid).

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

I stayed at Building 11 inside the Wuzhen scenic area, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable parts of my trip. The homestay is located right opposite Shusheng Lamb Restaurant — very convenient for sightseeing and dining. We booked a riverside room, and the view was absolutely stunning. Opening the window, we were greeted by classic Wuzhen scenery: peaceful canals, old bridges, and charming architecture — both beautiful and calming, day and night. The host was the most sincere and friendly person I met throughout my journey. Always smiling and so welcoming, he made us feel completely at home. His kindness left a deep impression on us and added so much warmth to the entire trip. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included and surprisingly generous, with a variety of local dishes and hot food to start the day right. There’s even a luggage transfer service that helps bring your bags directly into the scenic area — very convenient! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wuzhen who wants to stay inside the scenic zone and experience the true beauty and hospitality of the town. I would definitely stay here again!

It is very close to Wuzhen, very convenient. They also helped us upgrade the room, which is really considerate. They also gave us sister-in-law cakes. We went to the nearby Chef Town for two meals. The taste was very good. There are discounts for dining from here. This accommodation experience is really great
