It's great. The hotel is very clean. The room is clean and has no odor. The facilities are new and the bathroom is clean. Very good reviews. The boss is very enthusiastic. We arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening. The boss took us to the parking lot very enthusiastically. The luggage can be stored in the store the next day. There is a special room for luggage. The public area is very carefully decorated, with a beautiful courtyard and antique paintings. It's great value! Wuzhen is fun, I will come again next time!

Walking distance from the Wuzhen Xizha long distance bus station. The hotel is located opposite the road. Look for RUITING instead of Jiayuan as the Chinese and English name is differently worded. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is justified with the price. Mostly Chinese cuisine. Laundry is available. Two big and new washer together with a dry. A plus for us as we are traveling from one city to another. Reception staff Xiao Lu and Xiao Xu both rendered excellent services to us. Xiao Xu help us to carry our luggage to the lift entrance and recommended us where to eat and what time we should start our journey into the ancient town tour. Xiao Lu helps me with my Didi booking to Tongxiang Station. We also received a gift of the local delicacies Tips for those traveling from Hangzhou to Wuzhen. The best transportation is by bus. Take a bus from Hangzhou East Railway Station, bus platform located at the ground floor. Sharing the same building with a high speed train but different wings. Tell the taxi or Didii driver to drop you at the bus station entrance. Can buy a ticket on the spot. RMB45. Quite frequent. Back from Wuzhen, just grab to Tongxiang Station by taxi or Didi depending on your destination. Mine is back to Shanghai. Other destinations can buy bus tickets at the station where you stop

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the room. I really like the water view in the small courtyard on the first floor of the hotel. There is a wintersweet planted on the edge, with lush branches and greenery. This greenery extends all the way to the window lattice of our room on the second floor. It is very beautiful. Joy ~ Waking up in the morning coincides with the rain, which adds another artistic conception to the ancient town. The famous hotel is close to the cruise ship terminal. The biggest advantage of living in the scenic area is that you can enjoy the tranquility and convenience before it is officially opened to tourists, such as sitting No need to queue for the boat, no need to bump into people when shopping... The most important thing to mention is the service of the B&B owner. My husband said it is one of the best services he has ever encountered. Car pick-up and drop-off, everything is taken care of, must be praised. Good review!

The environment is elegant and the location is very convenient for Wuzhen tours. The service attitude is very enthusiastic and they also help with luggage. The hygiene is beyond expectations and is very clean. Disposable towels and bath towels are also provided.

Booked Puyi based on reviews on trip.com. Initially , I hesitated to book as I thought it's impossible to get so many good reviews. I'm glad I booked this place as not just the room is great with cute little touch here and there. Every review I read mentioned the great hospitality and friendliness provided by staff at Puyi, and I found it to be correct. I am thankful for the advice and suggestions provided when I checked in. Staff at Puyi constantly check on guests to ensure we are well looked after. Well done, guys. I'll definitely come back and stay again and will recommend this place to family and friends going to visit Wuzhen. Thank you to all the staff at Puyi.

It's worth bringing your kids here! The hotel has a large ocean ball pool, slides, and building blocks area, and the kids don't want to leave. The room is very childlike, and the cartoon-themed bedding and tents make the kids scream with excitement. The details are so thoughtful. The staff will give stickers to the kids when they see them, and the service is so heartwarming! Choose this place for parent-child travel, worry-free and happy!

Hotel is located near to Dongzha (east gate) however it is not too far from Xizha (Westgate). The most scenic place in Xizha is approximately 2km away from this hotel. The hotel room is pretty clean and their receptionist are friendly. Upon check in, they gave us complimentary fruits and some amenities like toothbrush and slipper. Breakfast is a buffet style and pretty decent. We visited on November, the temperature is about 16 degree celcius outdoor, so hotel indoor including the room are releasing warm air. Called receptionist to check why our room is so hot, she told me that all the room is releasing warm air during winter. Overall is a pleasant stay!
